Environet UK Reviews

The men that came to do my job kept me well informed about what they were doing the work they did
I was most impressed with they where kind and careful
I would recommend both of them and all my contact with the firm to anyone
They made it all very painless for me

A highly professional company with Luke and Samir going above and beyond to assist us in dealing with a highly stressful bamboo situation. I can’t thank them enough and highly recommend them.

Good communication from office and on site team.
Nathan and Callum were great to have on site - the job took a little longer than planned but I felt confident leaving the guys to finish off without us on the extra morning. They were careful not to damage the garden and left everything very tidy. Thank you

Team arrived on time and did a great job leaving the site tidy. They dealt with an (unreasonably) grumpy neighbour with great tact and diplomacy. Very happy customer.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were extremely professional and set about the difficult work of removing the extensive areas of bamboo in our garden with the utmost skill. We are very pleased with the result.

Very professional, experienced staff.

At last minute mini-digger delivery was a problem due to overhead wires.

This did not faze the workforce at all. Extra hands were provided.

Any options or issues were discussed before proceeding on that section of the job.

Great clean-up job especially as it was in poor weather.

Nice guys as well to have around the house.

The team was friendly and approachable and kept us informed of the work scope, they cleaned up when the work was completed.

All of the members of the team worked well and efficiently and were polite. The leader - Joe kept me informed about what they were doing and the progress of the job.

From first contact with Richard, the survey from Mat and the actual removal work done by Gavin I always felt reassured that I was dealing with a reputable company of experts.

I bought a house and had no idea that there was bamboo in the garden and even if I had, I initially had no idea that bamboo was invasive. It all came as a very nasty surprise!

While the problem was not that extensive I wanted it dealt with. Gavin did an incredible job in cold February weather and was so easy to deal with. He kept me updated on everything that was going on and left the garden very tidy.

Having this type of work done isn't cheap but it was worth it to me to use a specialist company, who will return to monitor the situation in the next few years (as I also took an extra guarantee).

Quite pricey but we wanted a company that could deal with the bamboo roots that we had , the guys that came were respectful and polite and did the job

Excellent service - efficient, site left tidy afterwards, good comms throughout.

Can’t fault Environet- communication was brilliant from start to finish. Whole thing very quick and painless.

I had an overall mixed experience with Environet UK, so I’m giving 3 stars. The free identification service was helpful and quick, which was a good start. Communication was generally decent, but there were some issues, like delays in scheduling and the contractors not being fully prepared. The removal team worked hard, and I appreciated their effort, but the process could have been smoother. It’s a bit pricey, and while the guarantee is reassuring, I feel the service could use more attention to detail. Decent, but room for improvement.

Fantastic service, polite and very efficient.

Good time keeping
Efficient at clearing bamboo
Friendly and informative

On site team arrived promptly, were well organised and explained all aspects of the clearance. Were clean, tidy, well mannered and exceedingly efficient.

Office team were efficient, polite, helpful and professional.

Good communication prior to and during the work. The team arrived punctually and removed the bamboo efficiently. All left tidy

The Environet operative arrived punctually and got down to work immediately, despite the appalling weather. The work was completed early on the same afternoon.

I got in touch with Environet about a potential weed issue identified at a property that we are in the process of purchasing. Their employee Carlene Rollinson was extremely helpful in answering all my queries, I felt that her advice was extremely helpful in our particular case and would really recommend both her and the company others. Thank you once again!

Turned up on time. Got on with the job. Left the site clean and tidy. Pleasant people to deal with.
