Brilliant Service
Found them via google as I was panicking about potential Japanese knotweed. Very quick to get back and confirm it doesn’t look present there - brilliant service!

Thank you for your feedback!
Highly recommend on bamboo removal.
Work completed on time per the schedule, tidied up everything after completion and left clean on site. Very nice and kind staff members with good communications. Also had no unnecessary damage/removal done on the surround eg fences and tiles. Would highly recommend.

We are glad we could help!
A wonderfully quick response.
A wonderful quick response to my query. That meant the world to me as I had been worrying & it meant I could sleep easily again .
They gave me a chance to donate to a charity with options. Totally voluntarily. I couldn’t work out how to do it so I gave something in town today instead.
I couldn’t believe the opportunity to seek their expertise was free & how courteous & efficient they were in handling my enquiry.
Highly recommend & if I had been given a dire prognosis I would have accessed their expertise with full confidence.

Knotweed removal
Kind and considerate correspondence from the word go. Friendly visit for first inspection. The removal team came when promised and caused no fuss. The whole episode was comforting, and I'm glad to have your firm's support, should a recurrence occur.
