Excellent service
Excellent service, fast shipping, well packed. The only thing I would've liked is if the watch had been shipped by regular mail. I realize it would've taken longer to arrive but it would've been cheaper. I probably would've only had to pay taxes instead of taxes, customs and duties. I had to pay almost $150 extra when I picked up the package from the courier company. Perhaps you could offer regular mail as a shipping option to customers who don't mind waiting??

We want to thank you also for your suggestion about the shipping.

The dial is not powerful enough to define as the watch.
Lokk at a German made zeppelin, for you to see a lively egg shall dial,
which is a blend of refinement and lively, pulsating, jewell/ every day , a pleasure to look at, pride of ownership movement.

not disappointed
Love the watch -
Found instructions for setting the moon phase, date and day of week ... however the pin in the illustration is nowhere to be found. Was it sent with the watch ... how do I get another?

We are glad that you like the "Canal Grande" timepiece!😊
P.s The pin on the video is only to show that you can use something like that (as a needle) to set up the watch. The boxes doesn't contain any pin.

Good company, good value for money.
My watch arrived in perfect condition, and there was plenty of information available on how to get it up and running. When dealing with staff on the phone they were friendly and helpful. My one small quibble would be that it is not always clear on the Enzo Attini web-site about the discounts that are available for their range of watches.
