I purchased the AI translation ear pieces and I received a basic music set instead. They then offered me a 2 dollar compensation for being unhappy. Seriously false advertising and misleading advertising on their site. I’d recommend anyone looking to use this company, don’t do it.

I purchased AI translation earbuds recently and they sent me basic earbuds. I reachrd out and reported their error. They refuse to acknowledge their error and send me the correct product and are only offering a pitty reimbursement amount. Be careful of what you buy from this company

somehow, this site sold me fast phone charger... they advertised on facebook, looks like my so called updates on my package, are phoney, no updates for the last 2 weeks, these are scam artists I now believe, do not do business with any advertiser on facebook unless it is a known business, stay away, SCAMMERS>>>

I just wish I had read the awful reviews about these people before I placed an order with them! I usually do but I really wanted the perfume Nyla! It’s been over 6 weeks since I placed it and still I haven’t received my purchase!

DONT BUT ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I am so angry because they keep telling me it’s been shipped!

Hate them! I don’t even know how they are still in business! They take your money and keep scamming/telling you it’s been shipped/ blame tariff changes blah blah blah…they do all this so they don’t have to send you a refund.

I hope they will soon be shut down and no longer! Not ok on any level!

Ordered two summer romper dresses I saw on fb.shouldve known better cost 46€ when they arrived nothing like the description or video quality was shocking couldn't even get then on ast straps were so short! Emailed straight away got message back please sent photos which I did.Recieved a reply saying nothing wrong with them but except a 4 dollar refund! How does that help me I live in spain! Feel totally ripped off!!

Arrived in about two weeks securely packaged and undamaged. Quality feels surprisingly nice considering the reasonable price point. I have been told that this is a scam company as I was asking for translation ear buds. All the 5* Reviews are about clothes and not the translation ear buds. If they send the right order you will be lucky. If you receive the wrong order through no fault of your own then you have to pay for the postage back to China. Sounds like a scam... is a scam

Eowensive sent me an incorrect item. I ordered language translation earbuds. They sent me plain bluetooth earbuds without language translation. They would not acknowledge the error and tried to blame me for it. They gave me a return address in China and told me I had to pay p&p to return them, but if that was too expensive they would offer to pay $3USD compensation. I am stuck with earbuds that are absolutely no use to me. Out of pocket. ZERO customer service. They are entitled, and make it clear they are not under any obligation to correct their error, suggesting they are helping me out by offering to pay $3 USD compensation. How much is that? Approx £2GBP? Utter scam of a company. Their advert for translation earbuds is on Tiktok - AVOID.

It says you can return but then only to advise not to do so since it’s in Asia and you have to pay the expensive return. Also claimed they made sure to review product before shipping to make sure it functions and what not but they shipped partial of the product which is a lie so they get you to buy stuff and then your screwed and can’t even return. Lesson learned don’t buy Facebook advertise Asian products

This is a shocking company that will rip you off at first opportunity.
I purchased a set of translating ear buds from a Facebook add this company advertised. What I got were standard music earbuds.
When I complained they made some poor excuse of shipping costs and offered me 4 US dollars as settlement.
Do not use this company.

They sent me the wrong item. When asked for the correct item they didn't respond for weeks until i threatened to go to my CC. Then they offer $5 refund on a $60. I said no i wanted the item. They said 10. Then said send it back and shipping may cost more than item. Scam. Doubt they would refund me and i would lose out on money and got nothing. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Purchased translator earphones received a pair of basic cheap poor quality plastic over the ear earphones (not translator). Response after complaining an offer of $3 when I had paid more than £20. Avoid at all costs. If you read the reviews on here all positive reviews look very smilar so I doubt if they are genuine.

Ordered "Translation earbuds". What I got instead were cheaply made wireless earbuds. Low quality plastic. Poor sound quality (static and muffled). Nice scam site.

Purchased the color changing foundation with brushes and sponge. The foundation that arrived is a horrid white cream that is definitely not the product in the ad. No brushes or sponge arrived. After a few back and forth emails they offered a $7 refund if I post the product back - not worth the postage. A completey fake product.

Purchased the colour Changing foundation. It DOES NOT WORK
It goes on white rubs in white & leaves a horrible white film on your skin. I contacted the company to let them know they offered me a $7US refund I purchased it for $42.45US
I can’t believe they think giving a pathetic partial refund on a faulty product is appropriate. The product will be going in the bin.
