FRAUD! SCAM! BEWARE!

As others have noted, this company is a complete fraud. Shame on me, I fell for it. Lesson learned. But I hope others will learn from my mistake.

Absolute scam. I shared pics of my passport and license.

I've since frozen my credit.

I feel like an idiot.

This is a scam 100%! Please be careful and do not share any personal information with these losers.

Absolutely what everyone else is saying. You think you are completing the first steps for renewing or obtaining your passport only to find they charge you exorbitant fees for the computerized form only. They do not issue refunds. The site should be shut down as it’s an absolute scam. Do NOT proceed!

My wife was trying to update her passport and this was the first link Google returned. She filled out the information and attempted to pay but it was declined by our CC company. I got an fraud alert immediately as a text message, noting the decline. We promptly cut off the card, froze all 3 credit bureaus and got her on an identity monitoring service. This company takes private info like SSN and other things.

@Google - Need to fix you indexing. This site is bogus.

My recommendation would be not to utilize this site. I provided all of my information and supposedly had the package that needed submitted ready but had to schedule time at the USPS to submit the documents. I was never able to schedule the appointment in their submission so could not get the package I submitted,. They already took my money and refused a refund even though they would not send me my package.

Absolutely a scam. This “service” fills out a form for you. Then you do all the work and pay them to “expedite” it. Not only did they not have me fill out the correct form they never expedited it. When I asked for a refund since they didn’t provide the services I paid for they said yeah no we don’t refund anything ever.

This site is a total scam. They provide no true service and overcharge beyond stated fees. They also sell sensitive personal information and set you up for credit card fraud and identity theft. I had over $1000 in fraudulent charges to my debit card. I had to freeze my credit and report them to the federal trade commission. I called customer service and they flat out told me I was stupid several times. that is the only true thing they had to offer.

I clicked the link because it was the FIRST listing on google when searching for passort renewal. I went through their entire process, entered my payement, and after signing, it said I wasn't eligible for renewal. I went through and tried again. I called them and explained that their website was telling me it couldn't process my renewal because I didn't qualify and asked for a refund. They said that they don't do refunds. I explained the situation and they wouldn't help me. I called my bank and reported the FRAUD. I'm out $154 and some change.

This is a scam. This was a top Google result and I didn't look closely enough. Call real people when dealing with such sensitive information. They took my $119 dollars and my bank wont help me since I used my debit card. The forms are also incorrect. No service was provided for the "fee" charged. They have very sensitive information. Be careful out there on your phone.

Absolute lies, I clicked the first site that showed up when googling for passport renewal. I paid money to have them basically type my passport information up and send it to me in a pdf. Two days after I filled it out my bank account had $2000 stolen out that went to “Coinbase” of which I have never even heard of! I feel so stupid!

Wish I came here before spending time on this predatory site. Charged about 230 dollars for fast processing and shipping of my passport and all they send you is a pdf of prefilled application with a page (3) stating prepare payment upon sending "said printed application". Total bullshit.

This is an actual criminal enterprise posing as the US Passport online application site. They charged me $143 for what I thought was a passport renewal application. The definitely offshore call center agent refused to refund me when I realized I had paid for a scam and after they harvested all of my sensitive identifiable information including SSN and detailed information about parents. This was the top search result in a Google search, so Google is definitely culpable here.

This website charged $119 to fill out a basic passport form based upon information provided. Form was filled out incorrectly also. Total SCAM.
