I cannot fault the subscription or the…

I cannot fault the subscription or the customer service however the product itself did not do anything for my chronic bloating and I took it daily for 4 months before deciding this.

Absolutely love this product

Absolutely love this product! used to have really bad bloating and stomach pain on and off for years then started taking these and after 2 months of taking them it completely went away and my skin looks really good. By accident I ran out when I reordered my refills never got the order but when I contacted customer service about it they were really quick at responding and sorting it out for me. It’s been an over a week of not taking them and have noticed my stomach pains and bloating have started to come back. So would recommend this product to anyone who has similar problems.
They work miracles!!

Customer service

Really happy with the service I received today. My order had gone missing and a new order has been sent to me by express delivery. Epetome has made such a difference to my gut health and I really can’t be without it.

Exceptional customer support and magic product

I had some issues with delivering to my location, but this is quite common considering I’m on an island. The Epetome team did everything in their power to resolve the issue as fast as possible an even offered a discount on the next order.
The product itself has resolved some very unpleasant digestion issues I have been struggling g with for years. The result was visible after the 2nd month and there was nothing else that changed in my lifestyle hence I am convinced that epetome was the main contributor in significantly improving my issues.

Product vs delivery

I genuinely love the product—I’ve been taking it daily for six months now. However, delivery to the EU is consistently an issue. Duties aren’t prepaid, so I have to complete a tax form each time and then request reimbursement from the company afterward.

Life changing

Life changing. After trying many years of different probiotics these have been the only ones which I can see and feel a real difference. Better skin, sleep digestion and overall feeling better. I take them first thing in the morning 30mins before food. Well done Epetome team! You've done it!

Further to previous poor communication…

Further to previous poor communication with EPETOME on a number of occasions, they agreed to give me 15% discount on a further subscription which I accepted to then be charged full price. Do not trust anything customer service tells you.

THE BEST! THANK YOU!

Oh my goodness, where do I even start?!?!? I’ve been battling gut health issues for around eight years now. I’ve seen countless dieticians, tried Western medicine, homeopathic approaches… honestly everything under the sun. I’ve tried what feels like every probiotic on the market, from the most expensive to the highest-rated, and nothing has ever really made a difference. I’ve struggled with IBS for years, which flares up with gluten, sugar, and stress. I also have PCOS, and overall, nothing has truly worked. There have been periods where I’ve been so uncomfortable I haven’t even been able to leave my bed. About two and a half weeks ago, I ordered my first Epetome package. To be completely honest, I didn’t give it the “perfect” starting conditions. I’ve been on a very strict whole foods, very low sugar diet for over a year, and I reached a breaking point. With a lot of stress in my life and Easter coming up, I just wanted to enjoy food again so an overindulgence of chocolate, hot cross buns, cookies… everything I’d been avoiding. But throughout all of this, I’ve been taking Epetome every single day. I genuinely cannot believe the difference.
