Helpful staff, I found the process of booking an engineer quick and easy, engineer turned up within the agreed ETA, the work carried out was to a high standard.

Speedy response to a leaking radiator with an experienced engineer called out who fixed the issue without fuss or further mess.

EPHG responded to my parents' heating emergency promptly and professionally which was fantastic as we were experiencing sub-zero weather temperatures. They also highlighted the reason for the breakdown which I can now follow up with the fitters. Thank you. I would certainly use EPHG again.

EPHG repaired my elderly parents boiler during the cold December weather. The online booking system was easy to use and an appointment was confirmed within 2 hours. The engineer was professional, helpful and friendly. The boiler was repaired immediately and heat was restored to my parents house. I would definitely recommend!

Had to call a couple of times, as it was a cold December Sunday just before Christmas. The service was perfect though. Quickly arranged a visit, explained the costs which were reasonable, and a fix within an hour of the plumber arriving. All done in 2 hours. Great job.

The engineer came within 15 minutes of paying the £125 callout fee.

He was very calm, incredibly experienced, and although it was a catastrophic situation with the upstairs ensuite shower leaking via the floor to into the lounge ceiling, he came equipped with the right tools. A very knowledgeable and calm disposition, with lots of advice to take photos for our home insurance. There was no messing around, and I highly recommend him in a heartbeat. Thank you.

It was a Sunday on the weekend before Christmas and we were about to have friends for lunch. Our electric sockets on the ground floor tripped and we could not get them working. We contacted EPHG who managed to get someone out in a few hours and who was able to fix our problem very quickly. Not ideal to have to get emergency electricians but this service was quick, efficient and very friendly.

Good to know there is a reliable service nearby in case problems arise in the future.

Its midnight, you're standing in a puddle of water by your sink, pipe has split, and now you're working your way down the emergency plumber list, no ones answering. And then an answer, and a calm and clear operator listens asks polite and specific questions, proposes a solution and you agree and book the call out. 30 mins later the plumber calls, he's near, some more specific questions, external stop cock? okay. Anthony arrives, calm, polite and to the point, surveys the situation quickly makes safe and gathers his tools. 30 mins later all sorted, water back on, no leaks, heating back on, tools packed and all cleaned up and then he's off. New number in the phone stored. Hope I wont need you in another emergency but so happy to know that you are there. Thank you so much Anthony.

Our central heating went down in mid December and we were having real difficulty finding any available plumbers or engineers. EPHG were able to get someone around within 90 minutes and he fixed the issue within an hour. Excellent service all around.

Called EPHG due to water coming out of my ceiling light in the living room. Plumber arrived with an hour and had the leak located and fixed within 2hrs. Brilliant service!

EPHG responded quickly and allocated a contractor to solve problem with our heating. Everything was very clear and transparent. Excellent communication. Can fully recommend this service.

Called EPHG when my gas boiler packed up right at the start of cold spell.
A local engineer was arranged who arrived promptly at the appointed time and had everything working again in less than an hour.

EPHG Ltd found me a local plumber who came in under two hours to unfreeze and check my elderly mother's frozen plumbing on a Sunday evening, which saved us a burst pipe. EPHG communicated well and intelligently, giving names and phone numbers, and sent a written contract in advance. Yes it cost quite a bit, but what would a burst frozen pipe have cost? I am really grateful.

We had a leak in the upstairs pipe under the bedroom floorboards, our emergency home cover couldn't send anybody out so we got in contact with EPHG who got a plumber out to us within an hour. Anthony O’Rafferty was fantastic, very knowledgable, thorough and professional, we knew we were in safe hands. He diagnosed and sorted the pipe out no problem and left no mess behind as if he hadn’t even been there. We would highly recommend these to anybody. This was in Coventry.

Just to let you know feedback. Emergency call out and located gas engineer very quickly . K Porter came and completely fixed the leak and sorted gas boiler , leak and electrics very late at night. Very impressed with him and company , excellent work , professional and friendly . Extremely pleased with his service and work and highly recommend him and company to others . Thank you Louise
