I've gone through a couple of cheaper extenders before this, so I wasn't expecting a huge difference, but this one actually surprised me. The build quality feels solid right out of the box, nothing loose or cheaply put together. The silicone base is also more comfortable than I expected, especially during longer wear, which is usually where other devices fall short.

It arrived in discreet packaging, the instructions were clear, and I'm already noticing a difference. Definitely worth the price for the quality you get.
