Jag har skrivaren EPSON XP-2205.
Till den finns en bruksanvisning på min dator. När man ställer en fråga får man veta att det kostar. Man får inget svar om man inte uppger nummer plus andra uppgifter på sitt betalkort.
Inte en enda stjärna vill jag ge företaget som har sådana metoder!

This is my first time using an Epson printer, having been recommended by ChatGBT and what a nightmare to set up on the wifi. I have still not been able to use my ET-2860 because apparently the company removed a component that enables a Mac to read the printer device to save cost to them. Clearly, customer experience is not a priority for them, so their passing on the headache and inconvenience to Mac uses. If you need to urgently printout documents, you might consider using a printer that works well with a MAC and avoid an Epson.

UNA TRUFFA LEGALIZZATA!
Ho acquistato due anni fa una Epson eco tank ET2870.
Questa settimana ho avuto l'errore E-11 ovvero il favoloso errore del cassetto tampone pieno. Vabbè ne compro uno nuovo e lo cambio. E invece non basta perché ho dovuti spendere 11 euro per far ripartire la stampante!
Epson ha messo il blocco di stampa al software nel momento in cui si verifica questo errore di cambio del tampone e per far ripartire la stampante devi pagare una chiave di licenza. MA SIAMO SCEMI?
Questa è una TRUFFA LEGALIZZATA!!!
Devo pagare per far ripartire la stampante?
Una vergogna! NON COMPRERÒ MAI PIÙ UNA STAMPANTE EPSON! Vergognatevi

Cercavo una stampante che avesse dei costi contenuti per le stampe e mi sono indirizzato su modelli Tank dove le ricariche avvengono con flaconi di grosse quantità a prezzi più contenuti. Ho cercato di leggere il più possibile sulle varie marche che adottano questo sistema ed avendo trovato nella Epson ET-2870 il modello che mi sembrava più idoneo e che sembrava con prestazioni che sembravano fare al mio caso e visto varie recensioni in giro ho accettato di prenderla. Molto male ho fatto! La stampante non si è rivelata un buon acquisto, rumore inspigabile quando prende la carta sembra debba saltare via i pezzi. Varie volte ha preso la carta di traverso e altre ho rotto pure il foglio! per non parlare del fatto che quando sta ferma tre giorni non stampa più se non si fa la pulizia della testina (minimo 5 minuti) e dire che viene lodata per il sistema che mantiene le tesine non otturate. Poi anche per quel che riguarda il tipo di connessione al pc che puo essere USB o WI-FI, ogni volta che si passa da USB a WI-FI bisogna riinserire la password del WI-FI perchè non la tiene in memoria. E la prima stampante della Epson che arriva da me ma è sicuramente anche l'ultima. Veramente deluso.

Epson, marca que engaña a los clientes. Por comprar una impresora modelo XXX te regalamos 60€. Mentira. Compre la impresora y luego se inventan cualquier excusa para no darte la pasta, tipico de marcas usureras. A ver cuanto me dura la impresora porque es la ultima que tendre de esta marca que engaña.

I booked the 14th "support" session when the 9th Epson WF-7845 failed during the warranty period. Booked sessions are NEVER ON TIME, and call backs frequently occur the following day at best but more commonly longer or not at all. The third last time, the call was booked for 4:30 pm, it still had not been recieved by 5:55 am the following day!
AT 74 YEARS OLD, I am now into my 8th day in trying to have the 9th WF-7845's failure and problems solved - 2nd last callback booked for 4:30 pm - not received by 6:35 pm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I called again it once again was just a waste of time with the problem remaining unresolved.
To make this clear, I purchased the original WF-4785 in late 2023 with a Good Guys Concierge 3 year replacement Gold Extras exchange or credit and am about to take advantage of this for the 9th time for the 8th failure!!@!!!!!!!! WHY SHOULD EITHER THE GOOD GUYS OR I HAVE TO SUFFER SUCH EPSON INCOMPETENCE AND REPEATED FAILURES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am about to also write reviews on Google as a Level 6 Contributor and update my review as an Ambassador Reviewer on ProductReview.com.au so that I can warn unsuspecting customers of the abysmal lack of customer support by Epson - I would love to write 5 star reviews, but minus 25 would would not reflect the lack of considation that Epson make their customers suffer!!!!!!!!
Now they expect me to wait until next week to recieve a callback yet again, this time from an overseas call centre!
On the last callback when the "customer support person" again failed miserably, he forgot to hang up the call and I could hear him joking with a colleague about the WF-7845 failures at my expense! He may think this a joke, but I certainly do not and this proved to me that they really do not care about assisting unsuspecting customers at all when major problems remain unresolved! I did a complete reload of the software, solved some of the previous, but not all of the remaining issues, so now wait in ever dwindling hope that -
1. I am home when the call comes in
2. All issues can be resolved once and for all.
If you want to ruin your life, buy an Epson A3/A4 MULTIFUNCTION OR MOST LIKLEY ANY EPSON PRODUCT!!!!!!!

Mein im September 2025 neu gekaufter Drucker/Scanner/Kopierer Epson ET 2856 bin ich seit kurzem am Kennenlernen. Nach der Einstiegsphase, die etwas zäh verlief (auch wegen mir), bin ich nun am Arbeiten damit. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden und froh, dieses Gerät zu haben. Es funktioniert bisher problemlos, ist gut ökologisch und ökonomisch im Gebrauch.

Don’t waste your time on this printer. I bought the eco tank 4850 to save on ink. After about a year of minimal printing, the ink stopped coming out. All I got was blank pages despite the ink tanks being full. You spend so much time on maintenance it’s frustrating

4 Stunden lang probiert das versprochene casc back zu bekommen??????????????
Selbst epson verweigert die Akzeptanz ihrer eigenen scans, von ihren eigenen Geräten Tinten Tank Drucker ???? Sowas dämliches sollte mit Nicht-kaufen bestraft werden… 4 Stunden Lebenszeit Diebstahl.

Ho una stampante Epson XP 2200
Ho appena cambiato il toner per la seconda volta e dopo appena 4 stampe (4 fogli di numero, in bianco e nero) Il toner è gia finito, le stampe escono sbiadite, quasi illeggibili!!!!!
Non riesco più a stampare!!!
Mamma mia che pessimo prodotto!!!!!

I see that the ET-2800 price has dropped to $179. How can you create such a high technology printer 🖨️ at such a low price?

The Epson Ecotank ET2811 Printer/Scanner Purchased year ago, because of the promise of a years supply of ink which is true. I did not use much colour printing the past couple of months. The colour was faded and printing quality poor. A recent software update has made the printer and the scanner almost unusable. I feel sorry for Epson's Customer Service Staff who do their best so solve the problems this machine is causing.
