Burn and churn doctor that pushes through as many patients as possible without providing follow up documents eg letter needed for employer drug screening. There is zero help after the initial payment and consult is finished. Very unprofessional and barely speak English. Stay away!

I had booked Epychiatry after looking online for telehealth assessments. I had waited the 5-6 week period for an intial appointment. I was extremely worried about the legatimacy of the business as they communication aspect was very minimal and the reviews weren't so great. As the day rolled around i had  Dr Harsh Chalana and felt very heard. I am writing this review for anyone looking to book to ensure them that even that this is how the process works and if you get the oppotunity I highly recommend Dr Harsh Chalana.

Majority of my appointments have been rescheduled with little explanation. On several instances, I was even asked to confirm a new time, only to find out these were never then booked in on their end. Appalling service.

Avoid. Terrible new client process. Sent me back to my GP because my DOB was not on the referral.

I recently saw this crew for an appointment and it went really well. Booking was easy and fast. and the staff were great to deal with. My psychiatryist listens properly and sent me a report the next day. Mental health stuff can cost a bit but I reckon the care and know how from Epsych made it worthy. I’d tell anyone to give them a go.

And now more emails saying

... meanwhile they did absolutely nothing!!! This is surely a scam.

Excellent, so glad I went through epsyciatry. Had my first appointment with my psyciatrist yesterday and he was so understanding and listened to everything I had to say. The team are great also, very quick to respond to all my emails and where very understanding. They even had a brief 5 minute onboarding call to make sure i was set up with Google meet and knew how to use it. I feel a sence of relief after talking with my psyciatrist from epsyciatry.

Epsychiatry has been a game-changer for my mental health. The convenience of ccessing top-notch pyshological support from the comfort of my home has made a world of difference. The team is compassionate, professional, and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

They want me to be assesed I told them the dexies helped so why do I need to be assessed!? They spoke to me phone for 10 mins - just to tell me to see a GP...for what?!
Makes no sense! I already kno what works..10 mins on the phone and they still want a referral to and from a GP.. Ridculous!

They won't see me because I drink 6 beers a night on most night a week . Interesting!

I would not trust this company!
I have been waiting 3 months to “see” someone- (online) they were very quick to get all my details and referrals but when it came to my mental health plan from my doctor they said I had to wait 6 weeks.
I followed up with emails, calls (which I was always on hold for more than 20 mins each time, they would answer the phone and then hang up!)
Dodgy service and company DO NOT even bother with their services, despite a really good website and they saying so.

I just did not feel comfortable with this company. Included was a phone number from America to call. When someone chatted to me via google chat, he apparently he had no camera on his computer . Really? Payment is upfront. No information about the clinician from Karratha in Northern West Australia, other than " he's really good and experienced". Nothing seemed tyo add up. Be careful. They may be legit , but I was not at all comfortable with the whole picture. Choose carefully.

I have had all but one email ignored since September, a live chat abruptly ended, and a call hung up on.

I have been trying to receive an answer to one simple question and the coordinator is continually evasive for some unknown reason.

Either epsychiatry is not a legitimate service or it is at the very least managed incompetently and unprofessionally.

People seeking psychiatric services deserve better. Please beware.
