The saddle pad is so pretty and the materials are not only sustainable but comfy and padded for your horse. 10/10 customer service too.

Not all items delivered
I had ordered and paid for two tops and only one top was delivered. My enquire was not responded until after my second email sent, which was disappointing. When i did get a response, the customer service was great, the missing top was sent via express mail and I received it within 2 days. I had been advised that an ‘extra gift’ would be sent for the hassle, however unfortunately this was never sent. The tops themselves are of great quality, it’s just a shame that the customer service was lacking and will be a factor in considering whether I ever purchase anything else.

The communication & customer service…
The communication & customer service provided were excellent.
There was a long delay before I received my item but it was Australia Post that caused the delay not Equipad. Shipping occurred really quickly and when I contacted Equipad about the delay, I received a very prompt response, immediate action and a refund for the postage as their way of apologising for Australia Post. I would highly recommend Equipad, the product and service are both excellent.

Absolutely love my Equipad tops and ribbed riding leggings, they are really nice quality and were posted super fast!
I now have the same top in three different colours because they are so comfortable and also flattering.
