Exceptional! The only word appropriate when describing not only the products, but also communication! Katie is so wonderful to chat with about anything, the professionalism is real! Orders are processed and dispatched quickly with a super delivery time (AUS). The quality and durability of all the products is incredible, this being based off owning every product released so far! LOVE LOVE LOVE it all!

My order was accidentally shipped out in the wrong size. This was sorted efficiently and very quickly by Katie (I live in NZ so not too easy) and they arrived very fast. Super impressed with the customer service, will 110% buy again!!! (Plus the products are sooooo lovely)

I highly recommend Eqipad for their service and beautiful quality products. I purchased the new base layers long and short sleeves and the tights, they are seriously so soft and comfortable to wear I LOVE them.

Loved it! My horse has been having saddle rub problems and I believe the padding helped him so much for a much more comfortable experience when riding with him.

Just got it less than 10 mins ago, and i absolutely adore it, its my dream saddle pad and i couldn´t be happier. I ordered it all the way from Argentina, and i couldnt expect more from the shipment, it was pretty fast and agile. The packaging arrived perfectly in conditions, not a scratch.
