I am loving the organic wheatgrass powder. I add a teaspoon to a glass of water with two teaspoons of fresh lime or lemon juice and it tastes very pleasant. Excellent service. Many thanks.

I thought this would be powder but it quite coarse which is a negative for me
I do mix with yoghurt which isn’t to bad but doesn’t work in drinks for me

Their customer service is awful, and their credibility cannot be trusted.

I had ordered a bunch of items from their website directly. One of the items I received (a box of aloe vera shots) was expired in June - 6 months ago.

When I emailed them about it, I also asked for a refund. They emailed back 24 hours later, saying they have delivered a new batch.

I sent an email telling them I no longer wish to receive a new batch as I had asked for a refund in my first email. Their response was that I can return the products once I receive them and only then will they refund.

I have a baby, and Im working, and have zero time for going through a process of return. Therefore, I did not return it.

I am here writing a review, because their customers need to be very aware and careful, and because this type of mistreatment in customer service requires a major as every customer should be treated with trust.

The brand lost me as a customer, as I used to buy from them often, but the market is saturated and I can find a million others to purchase from.

I am so happy that the Sea Buckthorn juice is back in stock. I drink this with sparkling water and Bergamont juice, and it's definitely helping me fight off the winter bugs. Erbology has exceptional quality products, and their service is top-notch :)

Erbology is my go to company for quality products. I had a slight problem with one of my orders due to a payment glitch. On contacting the company it was resolved very quickly and professionally by Victor.
I have been ordering from this company for a couple of years and have complete confidence in the company and all their great products.

This is my 3rd order. The first order I was sent outdated juice shots. My 3rd order which I received yesterday, two out of 3 juice shot boxes were outdated. Again.
How disappointing.
