Great customer service, very helpful.

I purchased 2 of these desks (180x80) for myself and my husband and it has been the most painless experience I think I've have the pleasure of going through when purchasing an item online. They are very well packed to ensure they arrive without any damage.
The desks arrived on the 2nd working day (ordered Thursday at 11pm and arrived on Monday 10am) so delivery was extremely fast and painless. Assembly was pretty straight forward, as a short woman I was able to assemble both desks on my own in about 4 hours (including dismantling an old desk) so I would say assembly was pain free and instructions were extremely clear (I would advise using an electric screwdriver as I only had a manual one and had to put a lot of elbow grease in for some of the screws but it is do-able).
The mechanism is so quiet and works immediately, there is no 2-5 seconds buffer whilst the motor kicks in, it is seamless and fluid movement. As we have the 180cm desk, we did have concerns that it wouldn't be sturdy as it's so big but this desk is so sturdy, even when raised, there is no moving or wobbling when typing, it's just perfectly still.
The communication I received from Elaine at Ergo was also impeccable! I got an email the next day after my purchase to pick a delivery date and on the day we communicated and responses were instant. Many companies could learn a lot from Ergo about customer service as the service I received was top level.
The quality of the desks seem so good, they're very sturdy and solid compared to my old desk (which was chipboard) and it looks really stylish.
I really have no complaints and if you're thinking of getting a standing/sitting desk, Ergodesks is really the place to go! I will definitely recommend and buy again if I am in the market again.

I placed an order in the morning of the 21st December not expecting to receive them until the new year and I actually received the desks the next day, brilliant service! Brilliant desk, nice clear instructions and a really good price. Slight problem with the delivery but was related to the courier and how busy it was just before Christmas

Due to unlucky timing on my part, I had some confusion from the website with my order, as I had ordered just as a sale went live.

A quick phonecall from their offices later, and I received an unexpected and quite sizable discount as I had *technically* just missed the sale, but they granted me the saving anyway.

I received the package 2 days later, and have been incredibly pleased with the desk.

I bought the Apollo Pro (140x70) and, as someone who works largely from home, it's easily the best purchase I've made this year. Additionally the quality is fantastic. The desk feels sturdy and looks really high quality. As someone who's accustomed to decent-but-average Ikea flatpack, this is in another league for me.

Needed two standing desks for our office, Elaine kindly helped out by going over lots of options which made choosing very easy.
Unfortunately, the order was delayed due to no fault of ergodesks - however, they were very apologetic and were there every step of the way to update on the progress of delivery. Desks look great!

Great customer service, easy enough to build. Good functionality and design.

After my initial mistake of specifying then wrong desk top ergo desks offered to send me out the correct one free of charge.

In their hast to get me the correct desk too they neglected to pre-drill the pilot holes, when I notified Elaine she rectified the issue immediately and send the correct desk too with pilot holes, and had the two in correct tops recovered.

Although there were hiccups the Elaine was always prompt with her responses and a pleasure to communicate with.

A great desk with a faultless mechanism for raising and lowering the desk works great and the customer service provided was superb.

Great company, wouldn't recommend TNT though in high rise buildings, they won't deliver to you and will damage goods

This table is fantastic. Such a great table to make sure you can stand up and work and sit down and work. The flexibility is amazing. Elaine's customer service has been outstanding and very professional. Very patient with me, sent me samples just to make sure everything was in working order before I placed any order. I would not recommend any other company to buy a table for a home office or for a workplace. This company was fantastic, customer service was fantastic and delivery was the next working day. Absolutely outstanding. Thank you so much Elaine for your professionalism. You're a massive asset to your company.

Great desk and top quality parts, fantastic tings and fixtures. Rarely do flat pack items fit so well. Pleased with my purchase and love being able to stand at my new desk. Went for the manual lever control. Nicely slides under the desk after raising or lowering and even at standing height little movement. Really well made, would recommend
