I researched standing desks on Google and stumbled across Ergo Desk, and I decided to purchase my first standing desk with them, and I could not be happier with my purchase.

A video was provided for assembly, which helped us better understand how to install the desk together.

I wanted to give a big shout-out to Elaine, who not only answered a few queries but was very helpful with my order and ensured everything was delivered on my selected day.

The quality of the desk and the parts are excellent.
Overall, I definitely recommend Ergo Desks.

Desk arrived in good time after ordering, didn't take too long to set up even without an electric screwdriver. Desk feels solid and has good height range with minimal wobble at maximum extension.

I bought a standing desk (Apollo Pro) from Ergo Desks based on the excellent reviews both about their products and their customer service and comfort in having a 7 year warranty. The desk looks beautiful, have only just set it up but really happy so far! Very robust and doesn't wobble at all - even on tallest setting I can't get it to move at all! I'm glad I paid more for a really stable and well-made desk, and am feeling confident it will work well for years. The 4-way memory controller makes it so easy to switch between positions. I was impressed with their friendly customer service team, rapid response time and super speedy delivery. This was put to the test when I couldn't figure out how to reset the desk upon installation but it was sorted in minutes by their Elaine from their team who is super helpful. Would highly recommend!!!

There's quite a flurry of YouTubers showing off standing desks at the moment. I haven't tried the Flexispot desk, but I can totally recommend the Ergodesk supplied by a Welsh company. I ordered one day and it arrived the following day - and it's not a small, light thing. The pieces were REALLY heavy, so you will need someone to help move it unless you can slide it around or are quite strong. The motorised parts are from a Swedish company and seem very well made and strong. The top is prepared by Ergodesks to fit the base and therefore you can get Ergodesks to customise it, if you prefer. I had the standard holes, and it works very well. The top is very thick and solid and the desk, when assembled, is strong and sturdy. It does not move at standing height. Yes, it's more expensive than other makes, but it's very well made and looks like it will last a long time.

Exceptional customer service. Have not tested the product yet, but if it's anything like the help I received over the course of a couple weeks, this is going to be exceptional!

From the minute I was looking to purchase I was helped by a Customer Service Assistant called Elaine. She explained everything quickly and concisely, as well as going the extra mile when she provided additional links to help with the setup of the desk as I was doing it on my own.

The desk is brilliant and the service was the cherry on top...would highly recommend!

From the outset the service was excellent. I corresponded with Elaine who answered all of my questions no matter how technical and she was quick with her responses as well as informative. When the product arrived (at a date and time of my convenience) assembly was quick and straightforward. However, the best experience was using my desk for the first time. I purchased the Agility desk and it had revolutionised not only how I work but how I think. I am focused yet comfortable and the desk is robust enough to withstand heavy loads without effecting the stability or motor functions of the desk. Likewise, there is sufficient space in the assembly to allow for a personalised arrangement of table top, leg positioning as well as the position of the remote and cables.

My only criticism is that the company should have a greater presence on YouTube and have a video tutorial of assemblage for each desk.

This company was great to work with, we had a number of issues at our end and they were brilliant at getting it sorted.

Really satisfied with my Atlas Mini Standing desk. The cross-bar being in a separate package from the legs meant that you had two lighter packages rather than one big one - plus a third package for the desktop. Assembly took a bit longer than necessary as the instructions cover desks that need additional assembly and working out what you don't need to do required a bit of thought. But everything went together quickly and easily after that. In operation it does everything I need, easy to adjust and easily capable of lifting the weight of my monitor and input devices. Controller works well and you can be flexible with its placement. Overall, very pleased with the quality.

Very happy with the final product. Some issues with delivery as desk arrived with grommet holes which I didn't specify and it took couple weeks to be collected.
