Received a good service over chat and email from customer services.

Ordered two desks so far which arrived within two days. Lovely Swedish quality and fantastic value for money. They really do hit the mark for our very high end studios and aesthetic expectations.
Most importantly to us is the exemplary communication from Elaine and her team. Absolutely first class, which sets Ergo desks aside from the competition, samples sent and great advice. Extras arrived the next day.
Cannot recommend highly enough. Will definitely be ordering more from Ergo as we expand Gatwick Production Studios - Home of The UK’s premier Dolby Atmos Music Studios.

Great customer service and overall care of a customer, from pre-sale to after-sale and resolving issues.

Website could use some help content wise:
1. Image quality is quite bad
2. Some models are missing photos for each frame/desktop combination, so when you select a combination photo doesn't update
3. I didn't know my desk is going to have potholes, as photos on a website didn't have them! And also there was a missing information about this. Please ensure your informations are unified across all products

Other than that I can safely recommend them!

Superb quality as expected. Easy to build with very clear and simple to follow instructions.
Customer service was prompt, polite and professional and delivery was timely and the desk very safely packaged. If you are thinking of purchasing one of these desks, my experience tells me you should be in safe hands.

Customer service team were friendly and whilst responses weren’t immediate, they answered all my questions promptly and effectively. The desk arrived on a short lead time after they asked me which day I preferred it to arrive. The courier was friendly and the packaging protected the desk well. Assembly of the product was straight forward and desk is sturdy. No problems within first week of ownership.

Loving the Autonomy Pro desk. The product is solid, stable and well put together. The build instructions would really benefit from improving. A Youtube video would have really helped as some things weren't obvious. The electronic controls are a little unresponsive sometimes.

The cable management shelf wasn't well designed so we returned that and the spine that went with it. The Ergo Desk team processed shipping and returning items without a hitch.

Amazing standing desk from the liberty range. Easy to put together, great quality and easy instructions to follow and assemble.

I got it within 2 days of ordering so the delivery was impressive.

Love love love my desk and just wish I’d ordered it sooner. From order to delivery was only 4 days snd comms was excellent in terms of preparing for package and delivery.

Desk took 90 minutes to put together and a whole day was spent sorting out all my cabling! A job that needed to be done and the arrival of my desk forced me. Thank you. Excellent product at a fair price

The quality and functionality of the product is excellent. The reason the star rating is not higher is:

Order was placed in December however no information on the status of the order or options for delivery dates were given until January.

Instructions for assembly are unclear and very hard to follow. The item I bought came with standardised instructions that included parts in the assembly that were not required for the model I purchased.

I contacted Ergo Desk's about issues with assembly and they shared a video on how to over come this issue.

Going forward Ergo Desk should make their paper instructions clearer AND provide links to videos for customers to follow.

Brilliant piece of kit! The quality makes it well worth the price and will hopefully see this desk last me a very long time. Sturdy as they come, quick motor, great digital pad and perfect size.

My only issue, a lack of pilot holes for those of us not yet with a drill. Perhaps look to provide pilot holes and plugs for unused pilot holes? Putting the screws in with a manual screwdriver was a pain and risked me putting things out of alignment too.

Ergo Desk customer line has been extremely efficient in understanding the complaint and agile in finding a practical solution

What can I say.. it's the best desk I've ever owned.

I bought this back in November and I have not been disappointed. The first thing I noticed is the care that went into the packaging, for a corner desk of this size it was substantial.

The building process was pretty straightforward (with some minor hiccups) the instructions were clear enough for me to figure out with ease.

The desk itself is a dream to use, so much space and it works great as a standing desk. Really couldn't ask for more.
