This is my second keyboard. The first lasted many years. The "gel pad" finally wore out, and the mechanism became very difficult to move up or down. I could have been just "age." I would recommend this keyboard to anyone who likes to slide their keyboard out of the way, wants to move it up or down, angle it up or down and where the mouse (or trackball) portion is an integral of the "tray." It's a great product!

I ordered a Humanscale keyboard tray through Ergo Experts at a good price. They followed up with me about the order (Humanscale is notoriously slow), keeping me informed about progress and shipping date. When I received it, I ran into an installation problem on the work table I had selected. They worked through the options with me, talking and emailing several times until I was satisfied with the solution. Wonderful servie!

Extremely rude customer service and unhelpful, no attempt made to resolve the situation. Significant delays with processing time and time to ship. Customer service hung up instead of attempting to explain the nature of the issue. Absolutely would NOT recommend.

We ordered 6 under-desk keyboard attachments to help our workers who were suffering from pains of uneven keyboards and mice. Huge thanks to the team at Ergo Experts for all the help!

I looked online for a number of under the desk keyboard/mouse holders. A lot of the reviews complained about flimsy, plastic parts. The one from Ergo Experts was advertised as metal for the support/adjustment arm and easy to install. The size was right for my desk opening.

It was very easy to install, although a few more steps in the instructions would be helpful for someone who is not very mechanically inclined. All of the parts are sturdy, nice quality, and the keyboard holder is stable in use. It swivels and moves up and down smoothly, locks easily and securely in the desired position, and fits under my desk very nicely. I can leave it at the right keyboard height, slide it under the desk, and still have room to sit comfortably when I'm not using the keyboard. The mouse pad surface is textured, so my mouse works fine without a mouse pad. A very nice product!

Did not find out about product shipment off the web site. Mike sent me an email that it had shipped and has been in communication with me regarding my order. I received the order to today. The shipping time is the only reason i gave it 4 stars. Mike was good about ensuring my experience was adequate.

The staff was very helpful in sorting out the details to garner the best keyboard tray to solve the problem at hand. The order shipped quickly and arrived within days. The device is quality built and I am quite satisfied with the investment. The only negatives was that a couple of screws were missing from the hardware package (not a problem for me but definitely could be for some one else) and the keyboard sticks out farther than it was supposed to when stored (4" vs. 2"). I would rather that it stored completely out of sight but that comes down to the fact that my desk is not as deep as it would need to be for that to occur.

I had seen the chair prior to placing the order and was already convinced it was a quality chair, but felt uneasy choosing the various options online not knowing how they would impact the final product. Mike was very helpful in sorting that out over the phone and in the end I had every confidence the chair would be perfect! Great customer service.

The order process was easy, and I got everything ordered in the time frame given. No concerns.
