The mounts are a little costly but very strong, robust and meet my expectation since I am a software engineer and work on computer a lot. Also easy to setup.

I am traditionally a buy-it-from-amazon type of person, and I was searching high and low for a three monitor-adjustable workstation; I just could not find anything. After searching online I found ErgoExperts and really liked the reviews I was seeing.

I ordered about the Winston Tri-Monitor workstation on a Saturday and it was shipped a few days later, Wednesday evening. There was a little kerfuffle in that I decided after the order went to processing that I wanted a workstation which supported more weight (I ordered light and wanted Medium instead), I called up the customer service line, spoke to someone on the phone, and 2 minutes later it was adjusted and all was well.

Also, the free-shipping special was absolutely awesome (Other sites were charging almost $100 for shipping).

For transparency purposes - I have not installed the workstation yet. I inspected the boxes and made sure it was in good condition and then stored it away until I had time to properly reconfigure my office desk.

The site was easy to navigate and the product arrived undamaged.

Everything came as promised in a timely fashion. We will be ordering all of our keyboard trays from them.

My husband had to saw off a piece of it because it wouldn't fit otherwise on a standard desk. Other than that, I love it.

I ordered my mouse and got it the next day. Love the mouse; it is my third one. Although used out of the box for an hour as advertised for discount, it works great so far.

Items were as ordered and shipped on time, so from a practical standpoint all went well.

However, vender does not have a reliable data feed from manufacturer so did not receive the ship notice until 4 days after it shipped, and thus I did not receive any notice. If you have to be there to sign this could be an issue.

My company recently provided us with convertible workstations so that we have the ability to stand rather than sit for part of the day. There was trouble for me when using the mouse, as there was no good way for me to rest my arm. I found the ErgoArm Desk Clamp Arm Rest Support. It has proven very effective in preventing Carpal Tunnel irritation. Works great for both standing and sitting positions without having to make adjustments each time.
Delivery of the product was timely and packaging was minimal.
I have already recommended the product to others.

The customer service is wonderful. Mike at Ergo Experts is very nice & helpful. He communicates well and is very knowledgable about the products. The keyboard tray I ordered is very sturdy and works great.

I don't have thumb pain anymore - I am still healing it from past abuses, but it's almost all better now, and I've only had it for a week or two. I did have to get the Medium even though I measure for a Small. I don't like bending my fingers over too far. This and my ergonomic keyboard have helped me immensely. You do have to get used to it and moving it with your forearm mostly instead of your wrist(which you can still use at times).

In general a positive experience. The measurements on the website need to be taken with a grain of salt as sometimes they refer to the actual dimensions, and other times the dimensions with a fudge factor built in. For instance, the width of a desk my specify 60", but in fact only be 58". This can be misleading as the same spec might not compare apples to apples with another, even on the same site. This can be overcome by asking for help via email. I received prompt responses.

A bigger problem, and the subsequent mark-down of stars, was caused by the company stating that the shipment would be in a week to ten days. However, when the order came through the deliver was over a month out. The explanation, that there was a strike at the docks, while plausible didn't rectify the situation, nor was any compensation offered for the delay. As of this writing the new shipment date has not yet been reached, so I can't speak to the quality of the product or the accuracy of the now-revised and tardy shipment date.

The product I wanted was out of stock so in order to sodisfy me they sent me something better

I received my order in a timely manner. Product was as described and packed well so there would be no damage during shipping. I would definitely use ErgoExperts.com again.

Bought a neutral chair 8600. Good customer service. Awesome product.

The ergonomic tray was delivered in a timely manner. It was easy to install and very durable. My staff loves the smooth transition when pulling out the tray, the ease of lifting and lowering, and the swivel tray for the mouse. I am VERY satisfied with this product and recommend others to purchase the ergonomic tray.

The contact, reply and delivery were professional and speedy. The mouse has totally met my expectations and my hand tendons are relieved and thankful.
