Checked I ordered the right replacement, parcel arrived in time.

Second order I’ve placed and they always check with me I’ve ordered the right part for my chair and then keep me informed of every step of the fulfilment process.

Replied promptly to my various queries and, unusually, actually answered my questions (so often people don't answer questions properly). All communications very friendly. Suggested the best option for repairing my chair and, on ordering the relevant parts, dispatched them equally promptly.

Proactive interaction, checking to make sure the correct replacement parts was going to be provided before dispatching, as there were several variations available.

Always such a great company to deal with. The team are friendly and helpful, and always quick to respond.

I've just recently ordered a replacement arm for my Ergohuman Plus chair, that I've had since 2017. The team helped make sure I was ordering exactly the right item as there's been a few updates over the years, and it arrived within just a few days of my order being placed. Instructions to fit it were simple and easy to follow.

Highly recommend their ergonomic chairs, especially to anyone who has lower back pain like myself.

I ordered replacement parts for the Ergohuman chair I've been sitting in daily for ten years.
The first thing they did was ask for a photo, just to make sure I had chosen the correct parts for my chair.
Then there was a delay. The courier (DPD) told me "due to an unexpected issue in your area". But the guys at Ergohuman had already contacted DPD, found that the package had missed the connection, and then contacted me to let me know. That wasn't all! DPD then told me there was another delay. The guys at Ergohuman had again already contacted DPD to see if they delayed delivery had taken place; this time DPD forgot to load the package onto the delivery van. Again Ergohuman contacted me to let me know... and to apologise even though it wasn't their fault.
Within an hour of delivery I had another email for Ergohuman, just to double check, and to again send me the link to their help video.
DPD don't come out of this well. But most couriers are a bit hit-or-miss where I am, out of town.
The chairs are great. The Ergohuman service is outstanding. Thanks guys :-)

This company is amazing! Ordered replacement arms for my chair, they ensured I'd ordered the right set, emailed me with updates and support to install them and were really friendly. A brilliant service.

Great customer service, from pre-order to post purchase. I wasn’t sure about which model to choose and they helped me by sending me useful information and pictures.
I had specific delivery requirements due to home move and they made arrangements to fulfil my needs, keeping me informed throughout. They even followed up after I received the chair to ensure everything went well. Impressed, there are not many companies that do this nowadays. The chair itself is comfortable and good looking, so far very happy with it.

Communication was outstanding. I was informed of a long lead time on the item I chose and offered alternatives with shorter lead times. Without any prompting, I was also sent a separate instruction manual for my product because the instructions that came with it were quite small. Some of the best overall customer experience I've ever had. Great job!

I phoned to replace the gas-strut on my chair. The service was excellent and they asked for a couple of pictures of my chair to ensure the correct part was sent out. The part arrived the following day along with an email containing a link to a short 'how to video showing how to remove the old strut.
Definitely a use again site, we'll done to them and their very friendly staff.

I needed some new armpads for a chair that was about 10 years old so didn't hold out much hope that I'd be able to replace them. Iain and the team were great, new armpads were found and dispatched. They're now fitted and I expect the chair will have another 10 years of life in it.

My old desk chair (bought in 2010 to WFH!!) needed new castors, but was otherwise in good shape and very comfortable. Fortunately the brand is still out there, looking much the same - and offering spares. I identified the castors and sent the order, but was asked for a photo of the chair to be sure I got the right ones. This done, the castors arrived within 24 hours plus a follow-up email to check I'd got them. They had, and were simple to change. Result: a chair to last another decade. Very impressed.

I have had a chair from here for over 15 years. There are a couple of times I have had to order replacement parts most recently an issue with the casters. Apart from a few issues with PayPal the order went through without issue.

I bought my chair from Ergohuman.net about 3 years ago, and I needed to replace the armpads due to regular wear & tear. Customer support was very helpful in picking the correct model, checking with me before and after delivery to ensure everything was OK.

Very friendly and attentive company. They went out of the way to make sure I was ordering the right product and then kept me well informed on delivery arrangements.

Excellent service and very good customer service too. The replacement casters were confirmed as the correct type and the delivery details were accurate and prompt. Tips on replacing them were also communicated. Can’t fault that! The original ones also lasted a decade so we opted to replace with branded wheels. The chairs remain th most comfortable I’ve ever used.

I ordered a new gas-lift for my old Ergohuman chair from the Ergohuman website to replace a leaking one. Shortly after ordering, I received an email asking for a photo of the chair to confirm I’d selected the correct part. I sent the photo, and they quickly confirmed my order along with shipping and delivery details. On the day the item shipped, I received another email with the expected delivery date (the following day) plus fitting instructions.
The gas-lift arrived right on schedule, and I set about replacing the old one. The installation went smoothly, but I couldn’t get the chair to rise afterward. I emailed Ergohuman for advice, and they responded promptly with several things to try. After a few helpful messages back and forth, we finally got the chair working perfectly again—rising and lowering as normal.
