Ordered & paid 08 February 2025. Goods received 24 March 2025, 40-plus days later.
Potentially the worst internet buying experience I’ve had. Worldwide. Ever.
The underwear is TOP CLASS. (5*)
The dispatch & delivery (even including the "gift item") was terrible (1*), a litany of delays and having to drag information from the company.
I won’t use this site again and will order through the brand’s dealership, allowing them to take the strain of dealing with the poor performance I’ve experienced.

I made an order through ergowear and never received the product. They charged my credit card 2/25/2025 right away. They had my money for over a month. I’ve contacted them several times and they kept telling me that the order was being processed. I have not received my money or the product as of today’s date.

The delivery is AWFUL. I'm in Canada. Ordered Feb 20. Shipment didn't leave International Hub until Mar 8. Customs called me on Mar 11. There is an *admin fee of $17* on top of the tax I have to pay. HORRIBLE. Aussiebum in Australia - gets it to me in less than 10 days and the lot cost includes everything. No admin fee from customs. AND ERGO WEAR DOES NOT HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER. Only email. Also they don't reply within 24 hrs. Still waiting for more than 48 hrs now. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. Oh I regret so much.

An order placed 08 February 2025 has still not been dispatched (07 March 2025), much less delivered. Several emails have gone unanswered.
What appeared to be an @all mail was sent telling us they had warehouse issues, yet they continue to advertise as if all is "normal", which it certainly is not.
While the quality of the underwear is second to none, the entire experience is greatly let-down by an unprofessional delivery experience and a childish customer service response.
I hope to be able to report at some later time that things have improved, but they have a lot of work to do and judging by their recent performance……..

When ordering which is about seven times over the years my expectations were exceed. Definitely would recommend the bat brand of undies sorry n2n u come in second.

Une arnaque apparemment...Dommage, car leurs articles sont sympas.

Commande de plus de 130$ passée début juillet 2024. Nous sommes 5 semaines plus tard et toujours rien reçu. Le service client m’a répondu une fois pour me donner le lien de suivi de colis que j’avais déjà. Jamais vu un tel mépris du client. Jamais plus je ne commanderai sur ce site.

Order shipped correctly and articles of good quality, let's see how they hold up with time. Just watch out if your shipping address is not in the United States; you may pay import taxes for example if you live in Europe.

Cela fait des années et des années que j’achète des sous vêtements ERGOWER. Un peu de tout mais surtout des FEEL. J’adore la matière, certains étaient en coton léger au début, les formes que ce soient les mid cut, les boxers ou les tailles plus basses. En bikini c’est aussi génial. Cette marque a bien compris l’anatomie masculine, des fesses bien enveloppées à cette poche extraordinaire duo donne confort et un volume tout à fait intéressant sans être comprimé, loin de là. En durabilité, je n’ai jamais eu aucun problème. C’est du costaud. Attention, malgré les avis négatifs que je ne comprend pas, l’essayer c’est l’adopter.

I'm deeply disappointed by my recent Ergowear purchases. I bought the MAX XX Thong in Vintage Pink and Green, the MAX SE Pride Bikini in two colors, and the SLK Bikinis in Calypso and Dark Blue. However, these new models are a significant departure from the quality I've come to expect.

The changes in the MAX XX Thong's design, particularly the higher rise due to a bigger pouch (vertically longer), have ruined the fit I loved. The MAX SE Pride Bikini's flimsier fabric, make the back move and shift, and the elastic tends to not stay put and bend, is a disappointing shift from the past materials. As a loyal customer since 2010 with over 125 Ergowear pieces, I'm dismayed by the declining quality given the high prices.

I reached out to Ergowear with pictures comparing old and new models, but their lack of response speaks volumes. I won't be purchasing from them again, as their once-excellent craftsmanship has been replaced by subpar choices.

I bought the Feel GR8 mini boxer and I agree with everything Z Hudson writes, the pouch is perfect for me in size M. I did buy via Deadgoodundies in the UK and the service was excellent, they arrived next day. These are my first Ergowear and I’d certainly consider buying more.

I used to love this underwear, great design. The quality went down the drains. They don't produce any underwear using natural fabrics anymore, all are synthetic, feel plasticky and sweaty. Shame, real shame

Writing a review because I felt that their score was unfairly low.

Ergowear underwear is really sexy and soft with a big pouch that shows off your bulge like no other. I bought the MAX XV midcut and the X4D midcut and they look insanely good. I want to see more guys wearing these from now on, the pouch is large and soft, lifts up your package and makes it look huge!!

If you’re based in the UK or Europe, I’d recommend delivery from deadgoodundies, it only took a few days as opposed to the ergowear website which took a few weeks (because they’re based in Chile). No customs charges etc. Also I got them on sale which is a bonus!

Emailed customer services regarding marks on underwear received no response paid £40 for damaged underwear 😖

bought a pair of underwear took 6 weeks to arrive and then charged 19 pounds in import duty. I contacted customer service to advise i was not happy and just fobbed off with excuses no part refund offered or any resolution. And the underwear is so over priced as it is . in conclusion customer service terrible and watch out for extra charges and long lead times . And on top of that they emailed me to review there item , and when i tried to leave a 1 star the would not let me pile the feedback

They have several safety measures in place including: privacy policy, full contact information, whois profile, as well as Geotrust SSL and use 2Checkout for transaction processing. Also they have scored green in virustotal.com, urivoid.com, mac and sitecheck2.com.
