ESA Doctors Reviews

Excellent team. Fast response and responsable staff

I have had a wonderful experience with ESA doctors. Throughout every step of the process they have been extremely responsive and organized. Knowing that they are dependable and responsive has really removed all stress I originally had going into this process. I would highly recommend ESA doctors to anyone who requires an ESA to help them with their daily lives.

Fast, easy, and responsive customer service. Approval into my new building with all pet fees waived and no breed restriction. Highly recommend.

A very professional service all around. We received our documentation in a timely manner. Any questions we had were answered quickly via email. Usually within the hour. I definitely recommend this service.

Great company with superb customer service. Thank you so much for helping me with this! Recommend 100%

ESAdoctors was a lifesaver! They are completely legit and they were very quick and responsive with the exact forms I needed. I highly recommend them!

I do appreciate the help from ESS doctors!

This was simple and straightforward.

I wish all of the add on's weren't so pricey (expedited and 3rd party document)... This wasn't cheap.

The letter and document for my landlord are perfect! Extremely happy with the quick communication and wonderful customer service. Thank you!

ESA Doctors thoroughly assessed my needs and quickly made the best options available so that I could get the support I needed. I would highly recommend their services to others!

Dr Burgina was very supportive and listened carefully to my situation. The ESA Doctors were prompt and attentive and I would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs to seek help in improving the quality of the life, in my case hopefully without ongoing medications.

Not only did ESA Doctors provide exemplary service, they went above and beyond the call. They provided my ESA letter within a week of submitting my application. They followed up with me via email, every step of the way. They informed me of possible issues with certain leasing agencies and offered a full refund in the event the leasing company would not work with my ESA letter. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of ESA letters for housing.

The process was secure, comfortable, and quick. Having my pet with me is so important in ensuring confidant and safe travel. I was nervous about completing all the steps, but was always in good hands. Everyone clearly communicated what needed done and expectations. Would highly recommend to anyone who is exploring ESA options.

I turned to ESA Doctors in order to recive emotional support dog approval. Their service was excellent, very fast and proficient. I highly recommend it!

I was beginning to get discouraged about being able to register my chickens as ESAs. I was being told that a chicken can't be an ESA. But this company sees chickens for who they are and the emotional support they bring for so many, including myself. In just 3 short days, I was able to get my ESA letter and it was the most freeing experience I ever had. I finally felt like I was being listened to and cared about.
Thank you so much ESA Doctors! My chickens mean so much to me. Thank you for seeing that. ❤️

I reached out to ESA Doctors recently and they were so fast and efficient. I was able to get what I needed for my emotional support dog within 2 days. Best money I ever spent!

had response and esp letter within much less than 24 hours!!

The process was quick, thorough and provides exactly what I need.

I was very pleased to recieve documentation allowing my support dog to accompany me on my approaching flight to South América.

Service was fast and the documentation was based on an assessment by a Licensed Professional Counselor (registered & licensed in Texas) near me.

That alone has reduced my worries about my upcoming flight.

Thank You ESA!

I'm so happy I found ESA Doctors! My therapist is great but she wasn't interested in writing me a note so that my dog could be my ESA. When I moved to Cali, I had to fly with my dog on Southwest and since she is a golden retriever, she was over the weight limit. I didn't want to put her in the cargo hold so when I found ESA Doctors through this review site, I was so relieved. Worked with a therapist who emailed me to set up a call and within a few days I had my ESA letter. I couldn't live without my dog... would recommend to anyone who needs this service... so now I am writing a review too in case it can help someone else.

These guys are fantastic, you can tell they really care, customer service was spot on. WATCH OUT FOR SCAMS ONLNE! Was hesitant to use them because their prices are a bit higher than others, but was worth the peace of mind when I got my dog on a flight with no problem. My landlord had some follow up and my therapist and esa doctors were super on top of it. Normally don’t post reviews but these guys went above and beyond for me. A++
