The assistance is very good.

course was set at a good pace - the narration differed from the text on some of the slides but nothing different in the message. there were also a a few spelling mistakes on the slide about medical emergencies - "fibbers" instead of fibers.

Course was well explained
One thing that is quite nice, is that you have a fast forward option
The company was bought out of a different division and I have done these courses 3 times in last 2 months

The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. I’d like the option to print a copy so I can keep it on my desk for quick reference. When answering questions—whether correctly or incorrectly—an explanation should always be provided, clarifying the correct answer. Immediate feedback is valuable and helps reinforce understanding.

L'apprentissage est facile, les cours sont supers bien détaillés, le site est très facile à utiliser et les questions posées lors des tests sont très cohérantes et aident d'avantage à comprendre le cours. De plus, il y a une nouvelle chance de refaire son test quand on a pas eu un bon résultat c'est tellement soulageant et je trouve également que la somme est très adaptée et abordable pour tout cela. Overall it was a good experience due to how simplistic it was but some of the videos audio was not good and it was messed up and it sounded like there was other noises going on and I made sure that it wasn't anything on my end and it kept doing it for a few of the videos which made it hard to focus on what they were saying as well. Some of the audio played at the same time. What I mean is two of the text boxes were being read at the same time and so you had to pretty much read it yourself rather than listening

Content is easy to understand and interesting.

The course was very easy to follow. I would like to be able to change the speed of the audio in the videos. I found that the slow paced voice made each video take much longer than it would take to just read on your own.

The information was great, and so was the training. I did find it to run a little long, but the information was relevant, and important to know before going on field work assigment.

Content was good and what we require. I think a video or two would break up the slide show/AI voiceover.

The entire program was well written and designed well. Very detailed and every thing is explained thoroughly. It takes an hour to get through the videos. It might take a bit longer if you didn't get the 80% grade in quizzes. You can redo them as many times as you want. It's not about memorizing the answers though. Some really good info to know about in this course. Goes through basic traffic laws that you should already know. And goes through 3 modules talking about multiple topics about defense driving. I had to do this course because I passed out for a split second behind the wheel and drove into a ditch. My employer gave me a link and I had to do this for company policy. Remember drink lots of coffee.

It wasn't all that difficult and it taught me all the necessary steps to ensure that I will be safe and educated going into the workplace

The course was well laid out and easy to follow, a little buggy when pausing a module I lost audio but otherwise great
