Ive had my bike just over a week now…
Ive had my bike just over a week now and omg it makes travel so much easier than waiting for buses to go to and from work ive cut my travel time by nearly half i would deffo recommend this product to anyone who asks about it... yea only one downside is you have to wait for the bike to be made but after the wait you will be surprised! Love this bike so much

Best Eco-Friendly company!
Sara, Micheal, and the rest of the team at E-Skuta always go above and beyond, exceeding customer expectations. I initially placed a order with Sara, who was kind, patient and answered any questions I had about the product. Production and delivery can take around six weeks - but it’s well worth the wait.
I work for Just Eat, and I have been looking for something that can help me with delivery work. I want something that has a positive impact on the environment, cost effective and has a huge range. The E-Skuta SX250 has a 50 mile range so I purchased an additional battery to double the range.
The product is due to arrive Wednesday, I’ll be making a review on my YouTube channel and updating trustpilot accordingly with my experience.

Voyager.... Wow
I took delivery of my Voyager today and quickly assembled it. Being a 6'1" tall 21stone man I was dubious as to whether the electric motor would be effective. I got a very pleasant surprise and can say in all honesty this was not the case. The bike is fabulous at everything. I headed for a steep hill I would struggle to walk up and the cycle performed way beyond my expectations. Well done Eskute..

What a GREAT product the Eskuta…
What a fantastic product the Eskuta 250d is for my business. I put in a order and received my bike before the estimated lead time. I was updated by email and calls throughout this stage. Excellent customer service from Sara and the customer team at Eskuta. I was so impress with the bike and service ended up ordering another. They look very good outside the shop eye-catching👌.

I was a bit dubious about buying from…
I was a bit dubious about buying from abroad but after seeing the reviews I took the plunge.When the bike came i was very impressed the way it was packed..well protected.The bike is solid and a great ride.I had a slight problem with the free whell bracket which was quickly resolved to my satisfaction.Great customer service and after care will definitely recommend this company.

Worse purchase I’ve ever made
My bike delivered November 2020 SX250
I have had issues with my bike since delivery which has taken some time to resolve. I will leave it at that. I will say that the Company Directors do their utmost to make the customer happy, answering questions and trying to resolve issues. They do need to improve with engineers able to interact with the customer more.
I would suggest that you take out a maintenance contract with them at the same time. I wish I had from the start. I took a maintenance contract out a couple of weeks ago and they carried out the first service and then cancelled it following this review claiming that you can only have a maintenance contract at the same time as buying the bike! Kacey deserves credit because she is as helpful as she can be and communicates well seeking out answers.
The bike itself is of a reasonable construction though not scrape proof. Mileage, I get around maybe 25 miles but I don’t let it go below 3 bars. Fabulous lights, suspension. Makes me feel safe because I have indicators and mirrors.
You need an excellent bike shop close by for repairs although they will have to get instructions from Eskuta which can be slow. They won’t be happy with the bike being fixed by others though, they just criticise even though my bike shop have 20 years experience.
Please Eskuta, put some self help guides, videos online for customers to use. They aren’t open at the weekend for advice so these guides are even more essential.
Update
Latest charger took 7 hours to charge my battery, run out of charge after 21 miles.
Eskuta are aware that I will be seeking a refund. The other reviews are probably from business customers.
Sorry Eskuta but I won’t accept your personal attacks on me.

There were a couple of issues after inspection and I called Sara in customer services who immediately sorted out all my problems immediately. Very happy with my electric bike and service received.
