ESSA UK Reviews

Firstly, I love the plush (jake the salty dog) but they didn't produce it, so even if I disliked it, it wouldn't be their fault.
The shipping to Europe took about 5 buisness days and you could track your order throughout the whole process. It costed like 12€ and I dind't need to pay tax, tho I'm still wondering if this was a coincidence. So I can't tell if it's tax free for every european country.
It came packaged well and I even got a little freebie.
I definetly recommend and will order again soon

I am sooo happy with my bernie beagle!! Shipping was really quick!! It was nicely packaged and the little freebie that came with him was lovely! I definitely will be buying from here again in the future!! Thanks so much!

I love Essa uk they sell the best Douglass dogs for a very reasonable price and I’ll recommend them to all my friends

Love my Douglas Weimaraner so much she is adorable her name is Charlotte and she is just so precious I can't wait to get gear for her and take her out to a bunch of places and the collar fits her well thank you guys so much.

Delivery was prompt and arrived beautifully packaged. My daughter absolutely loves her Essa x

Perfect, beautiful packaged, my daughter loved making a video opening her essa. Also really appreciated the whatsapp updates. I actually still can't believe how great the quality is. It stands, sits, lies down and with a lead it's easy to move around to do tricks. Absolutely brilliant and my daughter takes him everywhere and I spent a fortune on pet supplies. Only suggestion would be to have more of a choice of accessories for sale on your website, for example harness, leads, collars, socks, bowl, toys and dog bed because it has been tricky getting the right sizes and would have saved lots of time just adding to order instead of many days out to local pet supply shops. Many thanks

Very good all round

My daughter was very pleased with her sheep dog teddy!! The quality is very good. The packaging is lovely, good value aswell, I cant wait until Aug for my daughter to see her bernies mountain dog that I order. She is going to be very excited!!! Thank you 😊

Hi, I've ordered 2 separate packages from yourselves containing 3 douglas dogs and I just wanted to contact you to say how beautifully packaged they are. My daughter hasn't seen them yet as they are for her birthday on Monday but she is going to be over the moon with them. The gorgeous pink tissue paper and cute sticker is such a lovely touch. She will also be over the moon with the little freebies enclosed, such a personal touch that will make her feel so special. Thank you so much from a very happy customer.x

Have purchased several dogs from this company for my granddaughter with autism, fantastic service, I only ever leave reviews for companies I love, and this is one of them.

I purchased Wolfgang, the Pointer and Chase, the Border Collie for my granddaughter. They arrived very quickly.
I must now confess that I looked at the small box and thought I had been scammed, as I didn’t believe the 2 dogs would fit in it. I opened it to see the authentic dogs, beautifully wrapped.
My only problem now is that the Border Collie is so beautiful, would my granddaughter hate me if I kept it? 😜

We bought Bella the golden retriever. Great to be able to buy in UK, extremely fast delivery, great updates and packaged really nicely, such a lovely thought went into packaging what is for my daughter a new member of our family! These dogs are beautiful, we will definitely be buying from here again. My daughter is made up! This was a birthday gift for her and she loved the little collar and bell too. Honesty so happy! Thank you for great customer service!!
