The learning system is very good
It was initially difficult to contact anyone but they contacted me back in the end so everything is sorted.
The learning system is very good, Very easy to navigate and they have a huge range of courses at very reasonable prices. I will use them again when I need certification.

Really interesting course where i…
Really interesting course where i learned a lot of very useful info and once into the swing of things the site was easy to navigate.
My only negative is that the website on my dashboard had a very irritating line through my course icon which prevented me going back and clicking on view.
I eventually worked out how to access my course so dont let this put you off.
Very useful course.

complete waste of time
complete waste of time - you could use the paediatric first aid course as an example of how not to use AI.
What seems to have happened with this course is that it has been put together with AI, never reviewed by a person, then sold online - this means that as a customer you get a course with the worst computer voiceover possible (and totally wrong pronunciation of words), AI designed slides with nonsensical words, slide development notes left on the slides as part of the presentation, and absolutely no confidence that what you are being told is correct in any way.
They had (surprise) an discount on when i booked the course but even if it was free it would be a waste of time - avoid
