Illegal access of funds
Hi,
I am including ESTAGE support in my email as four percent support refuses to respond to any of my requests. I'm getting the impression Four Percent may have been transitioned over to ESTAGE and no longer exists.
Here is my dilemma , I canceled my account back in Aug of 2024 as it was getting too expensive for me. At that time I told Four percent (Anthony) that I knew there were recurring charges (VIP Membership) and I wanted confirmation that they would be canceled as I closed out my account.
I received confirmation from For percent cancelling my recurring charge: see below:

I cancelled your SVIP recurring, you would need to contact Estage support to cancel the recurring on their end
However I was illegally charged $2997 in March of 2025 for a recurring charge I had cancelled and received confirmation of the cancellation!
I have contacted Four Percent numerous times. I called For Percent numerous times requesting they return my call, all with absolutely NO RESPONSE!!!! WHY???
Please provide a refund for the money you illegally accessed. My account had been closed since Aug of 2024. You had no legal authorization to access this transaction.
I've disputed the case with my bank. I don't understand your position. Obviously you are trying to keep my money by ignoring all my requests.
This is truly a negative reflection on your company. I can see I made the correct choice in terminating my relationship with this unethical and immoral company.
Please respond and do the right thing and refund my money
