I requested a refund for the ABS purchased, up till now no refund. I hope you guys know this is tending towards a lawsuit.You said if I am not satisfied it's a money back guarantee. Do the needful Vick and Co. I rest my case

I recently encountered an issue with a template and reached out to the Success Team for assistance. I must say, the level of support I received was nothing short of exceptional.

Upon discovering the template issue, I promptly submitted a request for assistance. To my surprise and delight, the Success Team responded promptly and efficiently. Within just an hour of my initial inquiry, they had not only acknowledged the problem but also provided a solution that completely resolved the issue.

there is technical help available

I had problems with Cloudflare and connecting some application and Nigel was incredibly helpful ,and patient.
Answers to my problems came almost immediately. Even though initially I was told, that no technical help is available.

Maksim solved my eSTAGE issues quickly and responsively. He detected where I was making mistakes. I thought all along that it was a browser issue. ESTAGE platform has an excellent Support team staff. I can’t wait for the next upgrade to the platform. It can only get better.

Software needs improving

Software needs improving. It does the job for what's it's needed but compared to most page builders is limited so therefore not worth the monthly fee.
Update To Support: You need to refund my purchase of ABS as I no longer have my free trial access to Estage. I'll assume that's because I request a refund on the 4th March and yet it's now the 16th March and you haven't refunded purchase yet. Visa rules give you until the 19th March. I'll bet I don't see that refund before the 20th and then after the 19th it becomes a lawsuite. Estage choose wisely. I suggest Refund now please.

I have never before seen such great support. My support ticket was answered in minutes, which is unheard of. Most other programs want 24 to 48 hours just to acknowledge you.
