We knew we mattered
My wife and I needed to re-make our Wills as we recently married. I contacted EPS and made an appointment with Paul Dodsworth. From the very commencement of our engagement to the final stages of producing our Wills, Paul and team were nothing less than highly professional. Instructions were given and soon after we received draft documents to approve. The noticeable difference between EPS and our previous solicitor is the personal client care and attention to detail. Good service
Did what was asked in rewriting wills. Unfortunately I felt that because the service was included in the yearly charge we were rushed and when I rang for advice I felt I was being a bother and I only rang once. Messages not passed from adviser to admin. Service not as personal as was in original will writing in 2017.

Great Service
We have used EPS for many years & review our situation every 2-3 years as recommended. We found the zoom process very easy & it was nice to put a face to the person who we were talking to. We felt listened to regarding our needs & questions were answered accordingly. The whole process was very quick & we were aware of what was happening at each step of the way.

Used Estate planning to update my will
Used Estate planning to update my will. Everything was straightforward and I felt very supported by my consultant at every stage. I am planning to arrange a Lasting Power of Attorney in the future and would certainly use Estate Planning Solutions for this.
