WARNING I had played here for awhile I had made 10 deposits around $20 each and I lost on all them no complaints about that that's part of the game but on my 11th deposit I hit a little bit I got up to $279.00 I got little excited then suddenly I'm logged off it says account disabled I'm talking to customer service they said no don't worry your account is all good and your winnings are there we just have security check on your account shouldn't take long and your account will be reopen soon. I'm like ok so it takes about 8 hours to reopen account and lo and behold my winnings say 00.00 I ask live agent they just talk to me likethey don't know what I'm talking about and told me to take it with upper agent who only goes by email I email they just play back and forth and lie. Do not trust they happily took my deposit when I'm losing when I finally won suddenly they closed account and stole the money out of it if anyone can assist me and finding way to press charged against please tell me thank you

More than 23 deposits , no scatters always mechanical 3erd reel never conects, i have more than 12 videos showing that when u spend all balance and leaves 0.10 cents u down to 2lines and always gets on freespons, 12 videos showing that probé, this casinos must be totally closed, found their real owners and get hailed for all life.

I have been playing on this site and it's previous version for at least a year, and had no issues in the past with cashing out. However, earlier this year I went on a hot streak and started winning. Initially, there were no issues with cashing out, but then one of my accounts got locked. They said they needed to confirm with the provider about a few of my previous wins. They said they would provide an update after their "investigation".

It has been 6 weeks and they have given me the same generic response "we will update via email" or "nothing to update at this time". I even reached out to the provider myself, and the provider said the casino would be able to help me. This account has over $8,000 on it locked, and has been locked for 6 weeks now.

Like I said, I have never had an issue with this casino in the past, but this experience has been extremely shady. They won't tell me who they contacted from the provider, they won't give any updates or timelines, I'm just being dodged because casinos hate winners. They lost, and they won't pay. DO NOT play on this site.

I will update my review if my account ever gets unlocked, but I won't hold my breath. Find another casino to play on, not one that will lock you out when you win.
