eToro verspricht das das Vermögen der Kunden gesichert ist, wenn es darauf ankommt gibt es keine Versicherung mehr und das Geld der Kunden ist weg.
Im September wurde mein Konto in Höhe von 32000$ geplündert. Trotz rechtzeitigen Hinweis bei 27000$ das fremde mein Konto plündern hatte ich zum Schluss nur noch 87$ auf meinem Konto. Bis jetzt habe ich noch keinen Dollar zurück bekommen.

I am unable to withdraw my funds from eToro. It has now been 5 days with no support from Customer Service. I completed identity verification twice. Absolutely appalling. AVOID! DON'T RISK IT!

I’m trying to understand the logic at eToro HQ.

Step 1: Ask client for documents that are impossible to provide because they don't exist.
Step 2: While the client is confused, bombard them with ads to DEPOSIT MORE FUNDS.
Step 3: When the client doesn't invent a time machine to get the documents, force-sell their entire investment portfolio without a phone call or a secure app notification.

I felt like I was in a prank show. They were happy to take my deposits with one hand while holding a "Delete Account" button with the other.

They liquidated my positions because I couldn't satisfy a bureaucratic fantasy. If you want a broker that makes sense, look elsewhere. If you want a broker that feels like a bad Kafka novel, sign up for eToro! 📚🚫

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from eToro. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing:

I submitted a withdrawal request on [insert date], for over £3800, and to this day, the money has not reached my bank account. eToro claims that withdrawals take 2–10 business days – that’s a complete lie in my case.

What’s worse is their so-called “customer support”:

I contacted support multiple times, sent countless messages and documents – no one actually helps.

Every time, they just say, “we’ve escalated this to the relevant team” – and then nothing happens.

Then, out of nowhere, the support ticket gets marked as “Resolved” – even though the problem is clearly unresolved!

This isn’t just poor service – it’s dishonest and deceptive. The ticketing system is designed to make it look like things are being fixed, when they’re not.

🔻 My summary of eToro:

❌ Withdrawal process broken – my money is still stuck

❌ Customer support is useless – zero real help

❌ Ticket system is fake – “resolved” means nothing

❌ No accountability – no way to escalate or get action

I am currently preparing to file an official complaint with regulators (FCA, etc.) and I highly recommend others do the same if you’ve had similar issues.

DO NOT trust this platform with your money.
If you're thinking of signing up for eToro, think twice – before you end up in the same nightmare.

Utente GOLD , uso Etoro da Anni così come altri broker e quello che vedo qui è SURREALE!

Nonostante la segnalazione alla consob e alla cysec, le lettere dell'avvocato e le denunce alle forze dell'ordine etoro continua con le sue "disfunzionalità selettive" -
Utente in profitto, inizia a prelevare ed ecco che cosa accade, preparati che ti racconto:

-account limitato e non è possibile finanziare l'account

-prelievi in sospeso

-momenti di mercato interessanti la piattaforma ti esclude dalla sessione , ho dovuto ripetere l'accesso oltre 15 volte! potete immaginare il risultato.. una posizione in profitto me la sono trovata a -400 dollari nel giro di poco tempo, davvero poco!

-Account limitato che ti impedisce di coprire le posizioni ( a questo punto)

-Posizioni con stop loss a zero 0.00 si CHIUDONO in perdita e non perdite piccole ma perdite di -30/-50/-80 ... ripeto stop loss a ZERO!

-Ordini preimpostati che non vengono presi a momento ! Nonostante il contratto è in quel valore!

-Tariffe non dichiarate, una posizione su sp500 long .. è costata 80 dollari di commissioni in 20 giorni... e parlano di investimenti a " lungo termine"

-Assistenza inesistente, ma ti limita l'account!

-Artefatti grafici / grafici non funzionanti

-Spread ESAGERATO e Commissioni non dichiarate!

-Gestore del conto inutile! Non comunica con le persone che segue, mi ha invitato a rimpolpare il mio conto e ho risposto che avrei testato se per caso capitassero di nuovo problemi.. ed eccoli qui! appena ti fidi TI RUBANO I SOLDI
