Service not provided. Waited more than 2.5 hours at Cancun airport with no assistance.

Support was unhelpful, and I had to pay for a taxi myself.

They initially agreed to refund but then stopped responding completely.

Very unreliable service. Avoid.

DO NOT USE !!!! They are rip off artists i booked transportation from Cancun airport paid $149 US we arrived no etransfer to be found. Called their hone # they just hung up on us so we had to book different ride for another $180 US we met several other couples that had same thing from etransfer rip off criminals..Finally got a hold of someone from this criminal company much later they said would credit me back in 30 working days. 100 days later no refund wont answer phone.. DO NOT USE THIS PATHETIC SCAM COMPANY!!! Wish i checked reviews before we got scammed.. They are P.O.S company...

Es un robo esta empresa. No tuvieron la unidad disponible ni brindan el servicio como señalan. Sus teléfonos no contestan. Eviten esta empresa

Tuve Reserva G334145697 y NUNCA nos brindaron el servicio, tratamos de comunicarnos con ellos por diferentes medios y NO respondieron. Mi familia y yo nos quedamos abandonados en el aeropuerto. Llamamos al siguiente día y solo nos dieron vueltas y vueltas y NUNCA recibí una respuesta. TAMPOCO nos recogieron del hotel al aeropuerto. SON UNOS ESTAFADORES!!… Tengo mensajes sin responder por ellos y demás.

No contraten este servicio, solo irán por ustedes para llevarlos al hotel, pero nunca van a ir por ustedes del hotel al aeropuerto, creo que es su modo de operar, tuvimos que tomar un taxi para no perder el vuelo, según con el pretexto de que había mucho tráfico por un tramo en reparación y por la lluvia. Si ya sabes que en la avenida más importante está en reparación tomas tus precauciones. Los mejores comentarios son de años atrás, por lo que no se dejen de engañar, no los contraten.

Avoid this company! I had pre-booked and paid upfront, flight slightly delayed. First no one was at the Air-Port to meet us Up, then we were told that there were no cars available and that we had to take a much more expensive taxi Double cost. Avoid this company. Not even sure they will pay the refund for a service I never got. Poor customer experience

Contratamos con ellos una recogida en el aeropuerto de Cancún con servicio premium (sin tiempo de espera), porque teníamos que coger el último ferry del día al llegar a Cancún. Cuando llegamos al punto de encuentro, el chico, que iba uniformado con la ropa y tarjeta identificativa de empresa, nos dijo que no havia vans disponibles hasta mínimo 45 min, por lo que perderíamos el ferry. El chico nos llevó hasta el personal de otra empresa de taxis, nos dijo que cogiéramos el transporte con ellos (que costaba 100 dolares!!), y que luego solicitásemos el rembolso a Etransfers del servicio no prestado, solo explicando la situación y enviando el ticket del otro transporte, y que no habría problema en devolverlo. Así lo hicimos porque estabamos en un apuro por coger el ferry.
Cuando reclamamos a Etrasnfer, después de una conversación larguísima, nos dijeron que no podia ser que la persona que nos atendió fuera de su empresa, ya que a esa hora no tenian agentes en el aeropuerto. Esto no tiene ningún sentido porqué nosotros habíamos reservado, y pagado, un transporte en ese horario, y además tenemos conversaciones de whatsapp con la empresa en ese horario, donde nos decían que fuesemos al punto de encuentro donde nos esperaba el agente. Cuando les dimos todas las evidencias de que lo que indicaban no era cierto y que íbamos a reclamar por vía legal, nos dejaron de contestar al whatsapp. Lo dicho en el título, son unos estafadores. Reclamaremos por la via legal y esperemos que la reseña sirva para que no estafen a más gente.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER – AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
This was hands down the worst transportation experience I have ever had. We booked a mini bus, but they showed up in a tiny MINI car. My wife is 7.5 months pregnant, and this was beyond unacceptable. At 11 PM, we stood outside in Cancún for 45 minutes waiting for them to finally arrive in the same tiny car we never booked.
Their car broke down on the highway, and we were left standing on the side of the road waiting like idiots. We later learned this company is known for not paying their drivers on time, and honestly, nothing about their operation feels even remotely professional.
They lied to us multiple times — about the pick-up time, and even about a supposed “strike,” forcing us to be picked up six hours earlier than needed. Total lie. The streets were empty, the airport was empty, and everything was completely normal.
This company is the worst in the region. Unreliable, dishonest, unsafe, and totally unprofessional.
Do NOT book with them. Ever. This was truly the worst experience we’ve ever had.

I booked a round trip service from the Cancun airport to my resort for this past September. When I arrived in Cancun I was told that no van would be available for up to several hours. That was unacceptable, so I paid for a cab to take me. I later called them and they apologized and agreed to refund my money. In the 10 weeks since then and despite numerous phone calls to them and their promises to post a refund to my credit card, nothing has been done. I guess they're hoping I give up so they can keep my money. I'm angry enough so that won't happen. Bottom line: be wary of using them because you may not get the service you pay for and may have to fight to get a refund.

Scammers! All the reviews that say the driver never showed and you can’t contact their customer service or get a refund are spot on. Their MO is to take your money upfront, provide friendly communication on WA right up to the point where your flights lands and then not send a driver, not answer your calls and ghost you. They also won’t give a refund for the return trip and they refer you to their T&Cs which are non-existent. There is plenty of choice for airport transfers at CUN so avoid this mob.

⭐ Scam Warning – Avoid E-Transfers!

I booked a shuttle from Cancun Airport to Moon Palace through this company. The confirmation email said to meet at their “meeting point” outside the airport — but no one was there. After calling the representative, he said he had to leave and told me to take a taxi instead ($150 USD out of pocket). He also claimed I’d be refunded at the hotel, which turned out to be completely false.

After talking to others, I found out this is a regular scam they pull on tourists. Do NOT book anything through E-Transfers. Use a reputable transfer company instead — this one will take your money and leave you stranded.

Al momento de recogernos en el aeropuerto, tardo 1 hora con 30 minutos en recogernos, nunca se comunicaron para informar.
En el regreso, del hotel al aeropuerto, me cancelaron después de 1 hora de retraso. Nunca se comunicaron en tiempo ni forma

We booked a reservation with a free cancellation policy (full refund) if the cancellation was made at least 24 hours in advance. We cancelled the reservation more than 48 hours in advance, but I am still waiting for the refund. Customer service informed me that we would receive the refund within a maximum of 20–30 days. It has now been 90 days and I still have not received any refund

Pésimo servicio, el traslado del aeropuerto lo cumplieron, pero del hotel al aeropuerto nunca nos recogieron y tampoco contestaron nuestros llamados, mails y reclamos.

We reserved a transport to our resort and prepaid eTransfers months in advance. It was a great price. Apparently too great. Upon landing in Punta Cana, eTransfers cancelled our reservation. Then they offered to transport us one way for more than we had already prepaid for the round trip.

Left us in a limbo at the airport. Plenty of transport at the airport but certainly not at the rate we had already set up with these cheats.

Spare the aggravation and book with someone else.

The company should have No stars! DO NOT USE IT!
First they took double payment for an order.
Then I Never got the service as the the agent at the airport did not wait as the flight was delayed an hour!!! We had to take another taxi.
Furthermore I have tried to contact the company to get my money back by emails and calls. Nobody takes the phone.
Furthermore they go through Pay Pal even I have nothing to do with them
Altogether I have lost more than 140 us dollars.
Seems to be impossible to get my money back!!!!!!

Pésimo servicio el día de llegada 10 de abril a las 10 de la noche después de salir del aeropuerto no nos estaban esperando contacté y nos dijeron que iban a resolver el problema a los 30 minutos simple y sencillamente un mensaje diciendo no podemos dar el servicio. Nos dejaron botados en un lugar desconocido y a una hora incómoda. El prometido reembolso tampoco se ha hecho efectivo. No recomiendo esta agencia para sus traslados

Would give a ZERO! Avoid this company we booked a pick from hotel with flight info for 7pm and they sent a confirmation w time. They then stated it was supposed to be military time but confirmation did not state am or pm and basically said we missed shuttle and good luck. Still fighting for money back.

Booked shuttle service in March of 2024 for July of 2024. Did not receive immediate confirmation. When finalizing our plans I still did not have a confirmation and with so many companies I wasn't sure of the company name and couldn't contact to confirm. I made arrangements with another company (immediate confirmation) assuming I hadn't completed the original reservation. On July 22, one week before our trip, I received an email from a mailing list - BOOKINGS which I did not open because it looked like a phishing email, with capital letters saying CONFIRM FOR SECURITY reasons. The name e-transfers was not in the subject line or on the sender line. On July 27th on the day we arrived, the same email was sent again which I did not see as we were travelling. That evening I received an email from GENERAL ET with the subject Arrival NO SHOW after we had already arrived at our destination. This email actually had the email of e-transfers and my name. I contacted the company and asked for a full refund do to their lack of confirmation and terrible communication. They said they had confirmed by email and WhatsApp. I had no information from them in WhatsApp and they only confirmed my reservation a mere five days before arrival which was unacceptable for planning purposes. It was also a terrible format for communication. I asked for a full refund which they said was not part of their policy. We did use them to return to the airport as we could cancel our other reservation and e-transfers would not give us a refund. This company's system of using multiple email addresses as well as lack of immediate confirmation is unprofessional and sketchy and we will never use them again. As far as I'm concerned they still owe us half of the two way fare.
