Bestilte cover og skærmbeskyttelse hos Mous, der kom hurtigt bekræftelse på ordre og tracking nr kom dagen efter.

Cover og skærmbeskyttelsr er lækker kvalitet, og meget let at påføre skærmbeskyttelsen.

Eneste minus er valg af distributionspartner, for DHL er bare ikke fantastiske, det kan jeg dog ikke klandre Mous for. Pakken lå temmelig mange dage på pakkecentret.

Ce site est une arnaque, j’ai commandé une coque pour mon iphone au prix de 67,50 € en date du 20 janvier dernier. Depuis, aucune nouvelle. Un tracking qui semble être un faux et aucune réponse à mes mails si ce n’est : « nous sommes surchargés attendre 48 heures »

et ils ne donnent pas suite. Ne commandez rien sur ce site, c’est une arnaque.

1–3 days? That’s not a funny joke. I placed the order on January 2nd and to this day I still haven’t received it! Stay far away from this store! Scammers, nothing more.

I have been waiting for my case to ship for 3 workdays now and and still nothing. I payed extra for express shipping and the email clearly stated that they should have dispatched my case the day I ordered it bc I ordered it before 12 pm. But low and behold they don't care so much about my order that they haven't even done a single thing about it... When I go to view my order on their website it basically says my order doesn't "yet exists" meaning other than taking my hard earned money they haven't done anything:)

Ordered x2 iphone 17 cases on the 20/11/25 before 6pm (cut off period) and paid the extra money to get Next Day Delivery. Wanted to purchase a Pack of Blue Light Filter Screen Protectors too but ‘Out of Stock’. Nothing arrived on the 21st. Nothing arrived on the 22nd so sent my first complaint email to Customer Services. Nothing arrived in the 23rd so sent a second email complaint (first not answered) and had to buy a cheap case & screen protector for one phone so I could at east use it without getting it damaged. Had a reply from MOUS trying to sort the issue - apologetic but gave me a credit for my next purchase to cover the additional postage! Imagine my joy. Had to provide them with some ‘spirited feedback’ following which I was refunded the postage but only when creating a fuss. The cases eventually arrived on the 24/11/25. Not wishing to have a repeat experience, I purchased the Blue Light Filter Screen Protectors (MOUS brand) on Amazon and they arrived less than 24 hours later!!! MOUS have a slick, glossy and very interactive website/shop but can’t deliver their products in a timely manner. How is it that Amazon can out perform their service and it’s not even one of their products? MOUS - very poor show, you need to put as much money into your Customer Service processes as you do with your research and development and point of sales.

I ordered a €269 backpack for my son (EU-517199)
The website CLEARLY states:

If you’re ordering from an EU (European Union) member country, you will not have to pay any additional customs fees; your total cost at checkout includes all applicable taxes and duties.

Lo and behold... I was just slapped with a €115 import tax/VAT fee that I now have to pay.
So now the Backpack costs €384!!!!!!!

Don't buy anything from here... you will pay WAY too much for it!

I have ordered iphone cover Monday , May 6 . In spite of promise to delivery within 4-8 days the order did not arrive till now ( May 16). Customer service answers by automatically generated message.

Don't order from this company! I have been waiting for my order for over two months now. Both Mous and the couriers they use are completely useless. I don't know what has gone wrong because I bought from them with no problems about 5 years ago.... but now they seem incapable of getting my order to me. I've asked for a refund, whether I get it is another matter ...

Pour le prix on s'attend à une bien meilleur conception, avec un accent sur la protection du téléphone, notamment au niveau des angle de l'appareil et de la lentille de la caméra.
Il s'agit en réalité d'un simple bout de caoutchouc d'un millimètre d’épaisseur sur les bords. Ce qui semble bien léger vu le poids du téléphone!
Même la coque transparente à 20 euros que m'avais offert mon vendeur semble mieux protéger mon téléphone...
Il a egalement fallu 8 jours (au lieu des 6 jours max annoncés) pour une livraison facturé 7€ d'un produit de quelques dizaines de grammes...

Case with Camera Control cutout
Last year I purchased a Mous iPhone 16 Pro Max MagSafe® Compatible Aramid Fibre Phone Case with Camera Control cutout. Unfortunately within a few months my phone fell and landed just where the cutout does not protect the edge of the screen. Thankfully the screen protector did its job and the screen itself was not damaged. I fed this design flaw back to Mous and was offered a full refund. I did not take the refund. instead I decided to wait until a new design which offered better protection in the area of the new camera control button was designed and added to the Mous inventory. Once it was available I contacted Mous again and requested that instead of my money back could they send the new case with the camera control button. Mous agreed to this and within a few days I received the case. It fits my phone like a glove and has the all round edge protection that I had come to expect from their designs. I was impressed with how well the new camera control button worked, Thank you for listening and for another great product.

Sehr gute Qualität (30 m Sturze ohne Schaden sind machbar) und schneller Kundenservice.

Really disappointet.
The cover on the front does not even protect the lens. The cover doesnt even match the lens and it scratch the camera on my new iPhone 15 pro Max. Really bad design.
I Want a refund

If you live in EU steer very clear from eu.mous.co. They tried to ship one order twice with DPD UK, both times when it entered EU it was refused by customs clearance in Roissy, France and sent back to them. At least they refunded order so they earned 1 star.

Terrible, I live in the EU and have been waiting for 6 weeks for my order. I send 8 emails of which only 4 got a response and now they refuse to give my money back and deliver the product. Straight up thiefs. DO NOT ORDER FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY

I placed an order (#EU-377352), got a referral code. Placed an additional order (#EU-379544) for my wife (her account).
Payment was taken 21 December.
Day after she received and email: Today he received and email: For each referral we go through a manual check to make sure that everything’s in line with the terms and conditions. Unfortunately in this case, we’re unable to give you your reward.

Immediately contacted customer support, who just gave a similar reply (probably didn't read the email or checked order in their system)
So it seem it's okay to take the money, and decide they will not fulfil the order.
What can we do? What about the 59 euro?

I ordered 8 days ago. Order Number EU-370951
No notification of despatch. Delivery paid for 3-6 days.
They have my money. No response from Customer service and needless to say, no phone case.
On further investigation, it seems this is happening to others. So digging around . .
It seems Mous is in constant fundraising and has yet to make a profit. Maybe there are serious reasons that they are unable to fulfil orders?
Shame - I thought they looked great!
if there are problems, maybe I can help them? But I would like my phone case.

Mous-coveret var bare perfekt, men screen protector var lige så ringe -> de røg lige i skraldespanden.

I made an order with Mous (EU-356771), which I placed with urgent delivery option (paying more than 10€ for delivery). More than three weeks later, many time spent in communications with their customer support (which stopped responding to my messages) and I still have no order, refund or justification for why this happened. It's disappointing to experience this, especially when expectations are set through premium charges for services.
Please remember this when you plan to set an order with Mous, as if anything goes wrong you will not be able to get any help in fixing the situation or a refund

Har købt 2 covers til iPhone 14, de passer som de skal og virker fint med MagSafe. Bestilte dem torsdag aften og modtog dem onsdag, så god levering.
Har tidlige haft deres cover til en iPhone 6, som blev brugt godt i 7 år, og passede på telefonen.

Nice cases for iPhones, excellent quality, extremely durable and sleek design.
Loved the experience with them.
