When Tokomo golf first came out I really wanted to buy but because you could not try I decided to not to risk it. This year January after all reviews took a chance and ordered, cut a long story short at one point told clubs packed ready to go3 to 5 days delivery, no show contacted them to be told problems in Hong Kong out of stock unable to give a date could be months offered money back I took it, really disappointed with the Purley the fact I was told packed ready to go, bearing in mind sold d clubs thinking 2 to 3 weeks live with that no having to wait for another company Haywood golf whose clubs are like Tokomo just hope they deliver on time,

Best clubs I've ever played. I ordered the 101Ts and they blew my expectations away. Golf have never been this much fun. Every shot is so satisfying and even the mishits are good. Very forgiving but still able to shape and form shots like a blade.

ETA was 8 weeks and it was on the dot. They even reached out and apologized the "delay" hence the big rush. Good brand, good customer service and great clubs. Be patient. Let them grow and you'll be so happy with your new sticks!

Takomo took 11 weeks to deliver my order and trying to contact customer services was impossible. Absolutely abysmal service but I have to admit that now I have the clubs, they are very nice and seem a bargain at the price. I'm praying that nothing goes wrong with them because I have no confidence that any issues will be resolved..

UPDATED. Received the produxt after 8 weeks...3 weeks later than stated - also got a mail from them expressing regrets for long answer and delivery times. I am happy with the products.

6 weeks since I ordered where they stated a 5 week delivery time. Have written to them a couple times and also tried to reach them via their Chat...no response via any channel...beginning to wonder if I ever get the iron set I have ordered.

I was recommended this site since it seemed like a good value for money. Thou like one other reviewer the communication and delivery has been really lacking.

The site informed me that it would take 5 days(business days) to ship due to high demand but now 12 business days has passed and no word from them. I have emailed severall times to get a time frame but without respons.

I really hope this doesnt end up in some legal battle since I have allready paid.

Long delivery and no communication.
I ordered my golf irons 2,5 weeks ago, and Takomo withdrew my money on the day of the order. Now 2,5 weeks later, I still haven't gotten my golf irons, and I don't know when they will arrive. I sent them a mail after 1,5 weeks to ask for delivery; I was told later that week or early next week, but now it is the middle of that week, and all silent since. I still hope they are on the way, but the lack of communication from Takoma does make me worry, especially since they draw the money at the order date and not the shipping data, as most companies do.

I am crossing my fingers for the irons to arrive soon.

Update 21-06-2023: I am now told my irons were out of stock, but they should be shipped next week. Last week, I wasn't notified they weren't in stock, and they expected shipment last week as well.

Update: I received my irons, and the product is fantastic. The ordering and communication need to be worked on, but I am happy about my purchase.
