My experience with this store has been deeply unsatisfactory, and I believe it is necessary to warn other consumers. First of all, the company does not have a return policy that complies with European Union regulations, which constitutes a serious violation of consumer rights.

Secondly, they take no responsibility if the item is not delivered to the customer, refusing to refund the corresponding amount even when the product has not been received.

Likewise, the store ignores the legal right of contract withdrawal, as established by Spanish and European legislation, preventing the customer from cancelling the purchase and receiving the corresponding refund through the original payment method.

To make matters worse, the customer service is ineffective and clearly focused on protecting the company’s interests, offering no real solutions and showing no empathy towards the affected customer.

In short, I do not recommend this store under any circumstances. My advice is to avoid making any purchases here to avoid unnecessary risks with your money and your consumer rights.

Company refuses to follow EU consumer rights. Beware, if you need to return anything, even if you are lawfully entitled to a full refund, they will do everything to try to avoid this (my experience anyways). Customer service is prompt, but does not want to follow consumer rights.

Jeg har bestilt et par boksehandsker til 1400 kr. 3 dage efter er de sat ned med 30 %. Da jeg endnu ikke har modtaget handskerne, skriver jeg for at høre om det er muligt at få refunderet det resterende, istedet for at skulle placere en nu ordre og sende den anden retur, når jeg modtager den.
Her får jeg af vide, at Yokkao kun vil mødes på sidste løsning, hvilket jeg mener er spild af alles ressourcer.

After ordering shorts for my son, which were available on the YOKKAO website, I received an email stating that these shorts had sold out. The company offered me a refund or the option of choosing something else, so I replied that I would like to receive a refund.

As a result of my clear explanation that I would like to receive a refund, they decided to send me these shorts. If these shorts were the ones I ordered, I would not mind, but they have sent me completely different shorts (different design).

After sending them many emails, we have agreed that I will return these shorts for a refund. As a result of paying for a special tracked and signed postal service, I received confirmation that the shorts had been delivered to the warehouse.

A few days after the delivery was completed, I sent them an email asking for an update on my refund. They responded that they are working on it and that they will inform me as soon as possible. It has been about a week since I last received an email from them. My email was blocked when I attempted to ask for an update.

How you treat your customers, robbing small children of their hard earned money, is absolutely disgusting.

Det er ikke scam. Jeg har selv to par matrix boksehandsker, to par shinguards, nogle shorts, nogle rashguards og nogle tshirts. Det er god Kvalitet alt sammen, man skal bare sørge for at købe deres produkter i ægte kolæder, det er det meste dog. forsendelse kan godt være lidt lang tid, men det kommer fra Italien så det kan godt forståes. størrelserne kan godt være lidt funky. På deres hjemmeside er jeg vurderet til en XXL i thai shorts og jeg er 185, 95 kg. Jeg skulle dog kun have en L, så det skal man lige tage med i ens overvejelse. Man skal selv betale retur, hvilke godt kan forstås da det hele skal tilbage til Italien, men det er stadig lige 209 kr.

Alt i alt er deres ting super god kvalitet, bare ikke køb deres kunstig læder handsker og shinguards. Deres ting holder i lang tid
