Bed delivery
Was charged for not being able to accept a delivery without being informed of this prior to attempted delivery. Poor communication and only sent one delivery driver for a job that required two people.

Although the delivery came up damaged
Although the delivery came undamaged, it stated 2 man delivery to the room of choice which the two gentlemen were not keen to do, said he would put it inside house and that was it. Therefore left two disabled people to organise getting a bedroom furniture upstairs.

Great guys very polite only one issue…
Great guys very polite only one issue was their policy was they are not allowed to enter the property until you have signed the no damage to your property form but there cant possibly be any damage until after the delivery has taken place this is very very wrong.
I placed a x in signature box then signed once delivery had been completed with no damage.

The service once delivery date had been agreed was seamless. The delivery drivers couldn’t do anymore. However , previous agreed delivery did not arrive in time hence I was out of the house. I wrote permission to drop in my safe space which they advised wasn’t possible even though written confirmation was given

Great service, kept informed with the delivery. Could have given 5star but was expected to respond to the time slot within 2hours after receiving the email with the delivery details.. Would have been better to call instead of email.
