BEWARE* of Eullair hair. Worst hair company I’ve ever purchased from.

I ordered a Ginger Brown Curly V-Part human hair wig, but the wig I received did not match the advertised photos in my opinion. The curl pattern, color, texture, density and overall appearance were noticeably different.

I contacted Eullair immediately after receiving it and requested a return and refund. I did not wash, comb, style, install, cut or apply products to the wig.

Customer service repeatedly told me the wig needed to be combed and styled with hair products to achieve the advertised appearance. When I continued requesting a return, I was instructed to pay international return shipping and customs charges.

I was also initially instructed in writing to declare the return package at $10. I declined to declare an inaccurate value. Eullair later told me I could declare the actual value and said the earlier $10 suggestion was intended to reduce my costs.

Eullair subsequently alleged that I had combed the ends and changed the wig’s original condition. I dispute that allegation. My photos were taken after removing the wig from the packaging and seeing that it did not match what I expected from the listing.

I ultimately disputed the transaction with my credit-card issuer rather than continuing the back-and-forth with the company.

The communication was a 10/10 they make sure i get my wig before my birthday. They was really Nice to get a wig From . And the wig 10000/10 really i never bought hair like this

Order: 250% density, 20inch Kinky Straight Draw String Glue-less wig. It is so full and amazing quality! I’m a student-athlete and the wig is extremely secure and comfortable to wear. I can’t wait to purchase more from Eullair!

I purchased an item from Eullair and contacted customer service because I wanted to return it. I was told that I would have to pay the international return shipping and customs costs myself, and that the return process could take more than a month.
I explained that the item was not suitable for the installation method I intended to use. Instead of helping me with a straightforward return, customer service suggested that I keep it, resell it, or give it to family or friends.
I find this extremely frustrating, especially because I have had much smoother and more efficient return experiences with other hair companies, such as Luvme.
I understand that international returns can be complicated, but the overall experience and customer service response have been disappointing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from Eullair again.

The crochet Burmese hair made my miracle knots so easy to work with, and I recommend it for anyone who wants to try a crochet hairstyle. The quality is insanely good

The hair was thick, and I got sooooo many compliments, it looks great on my skin complexion also.

The color was beautiful and hair was soft I love that I can get fun colors. Easy to install. I like this company cause you get your orders in a timely manner. The lace melted nice also order number 49225

Hair was easy to work with and very beginner friendly.only con I have is the color bleeding but other than that it’s Affordable and worth every penny I spent . Most definitely will be ordering more products in the future.

the delivery was way faster than i expected. i expected the hair to come next week but it came this past monday and i was so excited to install it. it was an 8 inch bob wig in the color blue and it was so nice. i really loved trying a new hairstyle because i don’t usually do very short hair and i don’t do bold colors but the hair was so nice. it was easy to style and straighten and it was overall a very nice experience. i love it

DO NOT ORDER!!! Terrible, Terrible Terrible. They are false advertisers. You order one thing and they will send you something completely different. I ordered an auburn/brown wig 250% density and what they sent me is the hair color of little mermaid at may 130% density. I attempted to send back but they claimed it was a custom order. Now I have to take it up with my credit card company. It should be illegal what these companies do.

The hair quality is quite good and it's easy to wear - though the color is a little darker than it looked online, it's still very nice.
