Paid FIFTEEN QUID for Saturday delivery - it’s late Saturday afternoon and DPD are telling me that they haven’t even received my package from Pharmxtra. Which, especially given other reviews on here, suggests it is a SCAM. Obviously happy to / will update if the situation suddenly changes and I get what I paid for! For what’s it worth, I contacted them via their website’s ’live chat’ for help, but it’s actually an email that isn’t manned on the weekend (even though they offer a weekend service…)

This is a scam, please do not use. Note that they also operate under the name Sleeping Solutions. The vast majority of positive reviews on here are clearly written by the same person or people behind their websites.

No issues at all with this company.
Fast delivery and genuine meds.
The only complaint I have is that it is getting more and more expensive.

Ordered for the first time off this site yesterday and I’m really disappointed with how unprofessional this company is. You physically cannot get in touch with them, live chat, emails - no one gets back to you. The telephone is just an automated lady who ends the call. How are people seriously meant to get in contact with this company? Bearing in mind people are spending a lot of money - including myself!
My order has been sat in dispense for 1 day now even though I paid for next day delivery. They advertise next day and pay for it, but you’re very lucky if you do get it the next day!
I’m hoping my parcel arrives but I’m guessing we will find out.
They need to be better at communicating with customers as it’s ridiculous and very unprofessional!

Got a reply off a lovely lady called Michelle saying my order was cancelled and her reply was “I suggest you use a private doctor” real professional reply and my account has been disabled. Do not use this people!!!

Ordering and going through consultations is easy enough, and actually quite seemless.
I have recently made an order and used express delivery and ordered long before the daily deadline and I never actually receive it the next day.
Also this recent order that I paid express for is still waiting to be approved, I have contacted customer services and not heard anything back.
I might have to find a new prescriber for my medication

Pharmxtra is completely unreachable. I had an issue where DPD tried to deliver to the wrong address and then decided to return the parcel to the sender (pharmxtra). DPD said the sender is the only person who can arrange a redelivery but pharmxtra do not have any working phone numbers. I’ve tried messaging them on their website web form three times in the last 36 hours but have not had a single reply from them. Completely negligent to ensure I receive my important medication promptly. They don’t mind taking money but have zero customer service. Shocking beyond measure

This service hasnt sent my meds out this was 1 week ago, still dispensing it says. It normally does good service but now they just ignoring me my emails. Left in the dark without any formal communication.

Totally. Useless. My order was despatched quickly enough or so they say and yet it still hasn't arrived. Nobody responds to emails or answers the phone. Avoid at all costs.

Please do not go near this place for anything. I have been scammed out of all my money. After reading more reviews it is very common of them. My order made it to the delivery depot but then when I checked the next day it was getting sent back to pharmxtra. When I first contacted I got my one and only reply that I would receive a refund for the express delivery and that was it. When I messaged again about the order I got nothing back. They don’t reply ever. I found out if your order didn’t make it to you and gets sent back to them you have to reorder and pay again but this was when I spoke with another person who had been scammed from them. I might get a reply on this from them to contact customer support when they see the bad review but it’s the same thing they don’t reply to. I phoned them but it automatically tells you to email through customer support then hangs up. Please don’t use them you will regret it. Some people have had there orders and some don’t so the risk is yours to take but I have been left £180 out of pocket thanks to them. Worst experience I’ve had with online buying.

I have ordered codeine phosphate from these guys for a while now, and apart from one delivery that took 3 days when on next day,all the others have been brilliant, obviously sceptical when ordering online as a lot of scam sites about but the product is the real deal, pricey but only to be expected from private prescription!
Will be ordering monthly for as long as they are trading!! Have read customer services are non existent, well I spoke to the lovely lady on the phone and she was very helpful!!

Customer service ices have been intouch and confirmed that DPD have put the incorrect label on the parcel and have offered to resend, updating to 3 stars depending outcome

Placed an order received tracking number no issues..... order came and it was something compltly different with my delivery label over someone else's label, I contacted them to advise that is incorrect and I got reply saying I have contacted the wrong company and the item has been delivered. The company are now mot answering any messages avoid them like the plague!!

Order missing since last week. DPD confirmed my order is lost in transit and advised me to contact Pharmxtra. The live chat service and contact number in Pharmextra website is not working and they do not respond to any emails and the company address is in Dubia therefore there is no immediate point of contact (I have emailed over 10 times) Pharmxtra is quick to take your money but are not available when orders go missing and because there has being no resolution i have being left with no medication and £80 out of pocket. I am starting to believe this company is FRAUDULENT and if this matter is not resolved according to my consumer rights i will be making a report to trading standards.

Beware! The live chat is a dud, you think you are nessaging but its a dead chat. They do not read the chats. Email address is fake and emails undeliverable!!! I broke my femur, needed medication.

Ordered meds in good faith! Paid but nothing ever arrived! NO Refund- had to involve the faud bank team.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS AS IT IS NOT A BUSINESS. Everything about it is fake and a scam.

So, they use dpd which is an issue straight away but when a delivery is missed, pharmxtra do not allow you to make other arrangements so the parcel gets returned.
All a bit suspect if you ask me, pay with a cc or something similar so you can get a charge back and not lose out on money

Review took all day till 18:45 to get approved then went to pharmacy and still saying dispensing I am now having to suffer in pain all weekend now I have emailed a number of times and tried asking questions on there site from 26th and says they received it but waiting on reply says it takes a few hours for someone get back to me this is from Thursday and we are now on Saturday still nothing I have only ever had 2 problems with these this one and other was delivery I paid for these at 00:08 going into Thursday morning and still nothing

Ordered it for next day delivery and 4 days later the DPD tracking still said they were expecting the parcel but still hasn’t come to them! Emailed them twice about it and no reply to either email. The next day they sent an email saying it had been sent to DPD for delivery and may still take another 48-72 hours but still not responding to either email! If you want your meds quickly go elsewhere

Simple and easy to use. Got the products within 48 hours when ordering on a monday. The products genuine and have worked well. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Will use the again. If i need anymore.

After 13 days I have received my order and trust this is just a error and isn't a permanent problem

As stated in my original review after 5 days of emails, live chat bots and writing the below review I have had an email reply with an apology that the courier DPD didn't collect my order and that it will now be rectified and with my with 48-72 hours so hopefully this was just a one off error and I will receive my order and I will re edit my review once my order is received

Having to write a review in hope for a response as the phone line is automated as is live chat and emails not being responded too.
Ordered on the 17/3/26, paid £9.99 for a AM next day delivery and 8 days later instill don't have my order
On the day of ordering I got a email confirmation and a text from DPD with the pin I would need for the courier and that's the only correspondence I have had.
The item's are not cheap so paying so much you expect good service.
If I get a reply and either my order delivered or refunded I will amend this review but I feel this is the only way to get a response at the stage.
