Received my Eureka Ergonomic Typhon chair and I had a problem. Su, from customer service worked with me, sent me videos and came to the conclusion that a new chair was needed.
Su quickly did the order and a new chair was shipped right out.
I have to say Eureka Chair Customer Service stands by there product, wants to ensure that their customers are satisfied and happy with their products/company.
I highly recommend this company and their chair. The chair itself has helped my lower back during the long sessions at my computer. Extremely comfortable.

I purchased a Galine Executive office…
I purchased a Galine Executive office chair. It's small, very uncomfortable, and the arm rests are too small.
Their return policy is cost prohibitive, and therefore it is, in effect, a no return policy, which is not seen on their website, unless you dig into the fine print. I posted two negative reviews on the "Eureka's Ergonomics Reviews" site, but neither was posted, which makes me very skeptical about all of their reviews.

First time customer. I am aware Eureka does well in Ergonimic chairs but my recent purchase on other furnitures amazed me. Such a great quality products in affortable cost. Good Experience
There was a little confusion at first on what day the recliner I ordered would arrive, but once set, it arrived on time and the delivery men were upbeat and friendly. Emil at Eureka kept me informed during the process, and the delivery company, Metropolitan, did as well. ** In the description of the chair, it said assembly was necessary... and a couple reviews said it was difficult to do and were missing a couple pieces. So I chose the White Glove Service, which would send someone to assemble the chair after it arrived. However, when it got here, the huge oversize chair was fully assembled other than my sons attaching the top piece to the bottom piece (10 seconds) and attaching the cord for the raise/lower button assembly (1-2 minutes). The optional assembly was canceled and the fee promptly refunded. I am happy with my purchase and delivery experience.

I have a Eureka Typhon and I am very happy with it, recently I noticed some excessive wear on the arm pad and contacted costumer support. They were quick to send me a new part and very helpful!

3 year old Eureka GTG I43 module replacement.
We've had a Eureka GTG I43 for over 3 years with no issues, our son loves the desk. Recently the control module went out because of our kid, not from a manufacturing defect or poor quality. Su at Eureka was able to find a replacement part and have it shipped promptly. So far, nothing but great experiences from this company and it's representatives, thank you once again Su!

Great company, fine product, terrific staff
My experience with this vendor has been overwhelmingly positive. I bought a very large item and there were a few logistical challenges at my end so I called EE's customer service and could not have had better or more helpful responses from supervisor Erica or support person Angie. The product appears to be of the highest quality and the service has been immaculate. This is obviously a very well-run company and I am extremely impressed. I have kept a careful note of the web site, have subscribed to it and will recommend it wholeheartedly to my friends.
5-Star Experience with Eureka Ergonomics!
We ordered the Opal standing desk and one of Eureka Ergonomics chairs, and from start to finish the experience was fantastic. Shipping was fast, communication around the delivery was clear, and everything arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the desktop, about 145 lbs, arrived with a crack.
Thankfully, Armand stepped in immediately and absolutely saved the day. His responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference. He arranged a replacement right away and even coordinated taking the damaged piece back at no additional cost, which my husband and I genuinely appreciated. This was a birthday gift, so the quick turnaround meant a lot to us.
The quality of both pieces is incredibly impressive, solid, sturdy, and beautifully made. I can’t wait to get everything set up in my office.

It's sleek and gorgeous and works exactly as advertised. And it's incredibly sturdy and quiet. It comes very well packaged and isn't hard to put together.

Purchased a computer tray system and…
Purchased a computer tray system and the product was a very high quality build. The only suggestion I would make is to consider making a double slide version that is 36 or 48 inches long in total length and making the tray 11.5-12 inches wide. The reason for a double slide configuration is that it would free up leg room in the middle so you don't bang your knees up on in and one would retain the functionality of the arm system. I would also consider reworking the maximum height the arm could lift the tray to it would also free up more leg room in the trays extended position especially when you have to use the riser mount for the system for an not ideal desk. Consider specs on Uplift Desk's desk system, cutting the track shorter about an 1-1.5 inches would allow for a seamless and flush install on the most highly sought after standing desk company. I don't care if the front of the keyboard tray sticks out a tiny bit if it means I can push my computer chair in when my desk is in a seated position. also another convenience of the double arm/slide set up I suggested, also then I could put the friction knobs outside of where my legs are so I don't smash my knees into them every time I move. I bought an extra and bought a wooden slab so I can make my own. Customer service was also excellent and very sharp. Good work Emil
