My order, placed on the 24th May was delivered on the morning of the 26th May. Quite amazing considering the 25th May was a Bank Holiday. Could not expect better.Many thanks

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. Unfortunately I made a mistake ordering button for my gorenje machine. They charged me $62 ($32 gor shipping) for tiny piece of plastic and sent it by ground from ON to BC. Package never got here and appatently UPS destroyed it. I had to contact euro-parts to replace the order and those idiots sent it by ground again. Package was severely delayed and as if today (17 days since my order) havent received it. I gave up and started looking elswhere. They refused to even refund partial shipping, wrote me it is not their respondibility once courier took over. DO NOT USE!
