Excellent, easy to contact and happy to help with my query.

Booked last minute and Eurocamp couldn't provide towels and bed linen, we didn't have any with us as we extended our holiday by booking a last minute stay in Bella Italia with Eurocamp. Eurocamps answer "nothing we can do, try to buy some at a shop in the town or try and ask one of the other companies ". Great answer/solution. Bella Italia had towels and linen available to rent but would not rent to us as we hadn't booked with them. Next time we will.

It was easy enough booking but if I left the Eurocamp site and went back to the website it would say your dates are no longer available but after a few scares I got my booking sorted.
I usually don't do much Holiday Bookings.

Easy enough booking and delighted mostly. Just would prefer the all the costs to be included on the accommodation booking page as it's a bit misleading otherwise.

We arrived very late due to delayed flights. The camp made appropriate arrangements for us to access our accommodation with ease. Facilities was great and house was perfect with everything we needed. Lots of pools, play areas, restaurant and shop with essentials. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

It was easy to get through on the phone. The first call was busy and we were offered a call back but as I was driving we phoned a second time and got through straight away.
The person was polite and professional. We have been using eurocamp for around 10 years and stay in Spain at least twice a year it would be nice to be rewarded with a free upgrade or more than 5% for loyalty. All our details are saved with you every year and everything was completed quickly. Only downside as mentioned above really is the loyalty scheme is low.

Great sales and after sales support regardless of the website (country) you book your holiday through. Well done customer service!
