I rarely write reviews, but this one is well deserved. From start to finish, Eurocell have been one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with.
Jamie Green was excellent to deal with — professional, helpful, and kept everything straightforward and well organised. You always felt like things were in safe hands.
Christian, who carried out the repair, was just as impressive. A genuinely decent guy, very professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. The job was done efficiently and to a high standard, and he left everything clean and tidy.
The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and exactly how dealing with a company should be. It’s rare these days to find this level of service.
Highly recommended — a solid 5-star experience.

If only everyone was so helpful
So I couldn't find what I needed on your website, so I called your Ashton Branch and spoke to the most amazingly helpful young lady. She told me the options of the sizes of the colour of architrave I was looking for, searched the stock and as I don't have an account I couldn't reserve and pay for it. However, the young lady gave me the product code and description I would see to order and pay on line. She then went to explain she would sort the order out tomorrow morning and it would be ready for me when I receive the notification. She was cheerful, helpful amd very clear with the information given. Tongue in cheek, but she does deserve a pay rise - if only everyone was so helpful.

Great place
Great people. Easy to talk to. Know what they are on about. Website simple to use. Gives you prompts to other products you may need just in case you might forget something. Aldridge is a great branch, lots of parking.
