My supplier used them to ship 3 pallets into the uk from Austria. Goods arrived a week ago and despite sending emails, leaving messages, no-one is getting back to me so my customer is now threatening to cancel their order

Unbelievable, i've only given 1 star as there's no option for -1 million stars. Had the unfortunate dealing with this company through ordering parts from Czechoslovakia, the company i ordered off used these. Normally been delivered by FedEx or DHL, both these companies can run rings around Europa, parcels delivered easily without hassle.
The amount of paperwork to complete just to get a small parcel delivered is unbelievable, the person in accounts or whatever department that first contacts you about your parcel, is totally clueless about a business trading name, and is wanting the person who the trading name was originally set up by ( he's been dead 50 years) This is the first and last time i'll have any dealings with this company and reading the latest reviews, i'm probably not the only one.

Terrible experience. You have to chase your delivery each day at each step. One day they don't have trucks suitable for delivery. Another day - no drivers.
It takes WEEKS to get the goods inside the UK. Hilarious. Not recommended.

Worst service. I choose them to import a pallet from Italy. They took over 25 days in delivery. To make things even worse, took 9 days in custom clearance and charged for storage in spite of providing all the documents on the same day of receipt of receiving of notification. I would never use them again. Joanne Palmer in way too slow in replying emails.

Shocking service from Europa - they overcharge and then do not respond to invoice queries. They then charge late payment fees!!!
