Been with ‘em over 9 months trying to…
Been with ‘em over 9 months trying to process a claim and now they tell me after all this they haven’t received my authorization for them to proceed to HMRC and now they say I should ring up HMRC which I have done and HMRC say it can’t be done by phone and also they don’t know anything about a claim from EVANSHAW,WHICH IS STRANGE AFTER ALL THIS TIME,I have tried calling them 3 times today as the asked but no reply as well as 2 emails what a way to work.with me trying to do their work.
