Used chatline to ensure ordered correct cable. Great service. Arrived promptly at a good price.

Does the job. Can power infrared ceiling heaters from the car! 0.5m length includes the charger and socket so cable is short.

Delivered on time. Works well so far into first week. Only downside is the cable from plug to unit being too thick which prevents to clamp the cover of an outdoors 13A plug. A slightly thinner cable there would do. Had similar model of other makes of same power that could be clamped

I had a couple of queries following the purchase of an extension cable for my EV. I found their customer service to be excellent. I dealt with them over their chat facility and they were excellent communicators. I had to return a cable to exchange for a longer length and they were incredibly helpful and organised the return process and the purchase of the new cable.

Would definitely recommend this company and their products. 😊

These guys are the best, to be honest, they confirmed whether I have ordered the correct type of the charger. I have received my granny cable just in time as they told me. I am really happy to find out someone who is reliable online.

Ordered 28th August Email from Isa suggesting that the lighter (but slower and cheaper) cable would suit me better.Agreed that she was right and she change the order for me.
Cable received on 29th August.
Unable to try it until 11th Sept due to charger installation problems, but worked perfectly
Not sure how the service could be improved.

Just purchased a 10m Type 2 to Type 2 cable. Extremely good quality and professional company. Customer service from Isa was exceptional and I followed up by buying a V2L cable and as I had missed out on the initial discountbon my first order they sent me a credit and then gave me a 10% discountband free postage on the second order I placed. 100% recommend this excellent company.

Ev cables were very helpful with there service & advice,Iv not yet used the cable but this V2L cable will be far more convenient than having to use the current adapter I have.

Slow delivery.

A Type 2 portable (granny) charger arrived today to replace my main charger, which recently stopped working. Since I’ll be moving soon, I opted not to repair the old charger, and this portable charger seemed like a practical solution. I completed my first charge with it today and I am impressed—especially with the helpful display showing kWh delivered, charging speed, time, and temperature. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase so far.

Bought a 17.5 metre charging cable a few days ago. It was easy to order and arrived very quickly. It has now been used a couple of times and is ideal for the job. Both the cable and the connectors are of top quality. Would highly recommend both the service and product.
