First class service all around. From the initial conversation with Marion, who helped to choose the correct product based on my needs. Marion is very knowledgeable, answering any questions regarding any of the products and any queries with the remote survey, all with good humour, professionalism and patience.

The installation by Gordon was also excellent. Gordon turned up at the exact time promised, and had no issues with my requests with regards to installation location and routing. Gordon was also happy enough to answer my myriad of questions throughout the installation!

A highly professional outfit from start to finish, one who I would highly recommend without hesitation.

I recently used Electric Vehicle Charging NI to survey and install a charger at my business premises. They have been absolutely excellent from start to finish. From making my initial enquiry with John his communication has been second to none and all of my questions were dealt with efficiently and in a professional, courteous manner.

A site visit of my business premises was carried out swiftly and all options explained so I could make an informed choice as to what would suit my needs best.

The team that came to carry out the work were friendly and professional and nothing was too much bother. They kindly worked round my busy schedule of clients and classes so as not to disrupt the running of my business in any way. The install was completed to an extremely high standard and everything was cleaned up afterwards.

Aftercare has been excellent with John personally getting in touch to check the install had gone well and the charger was working as it should.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will definitely use again should the need arise.
