I got the train from Manchester to…
I got the train from Manchester to Liverpool and back again all on time no concerns which was brilliant how ever when I tried meeting with the host was taking a while to respond back to where we was supposed to be meeting the stag party there was only 3 people there including the host the stag ran of and his friend ran of with my hand cuffs I managed to talk with the host and sorted everything out and then left

I booked for my friends hen party
I booked for my friends hen party. The process was simple, with instant confirmation. There were only 6 of us and it was a surprise. The communication before was great. Tyrone arrived nice and early and his act was discussed in advance to suit our needs and to make sure everyone would be comfortable. The BIG surprise and the strip/dance was the highlight of our day. It was a nice touch to have photos at the end too!

Booked a dwarf for daughters party…
Booked a dwarf for our daughters party which is tomorrow evening just received an email 24 hours before the party saying sick and offering an option of 2 strippers which we declined as nothing like what we had booked or wanted for an 18th birthday party Reading reviews it’s funny how others have had the same problem with dwarf bookings and yet can still book them on their site.I have also emailed Gemma and will come back here with outcome once she has responded back to me regarding my refund
In reply to response when will I get refund and 1050 reviews out of upto 150 bookings a weekend says a lot please do send me the link so I can write my review

I’m really sorry to hear about what happened with your daughter’s party booking, especially with the cancellation coming so close to the event. I completely understand how disappointing and stressful it must have been to receive an email 24 hours before the party advising that the entertainer was sick.
I also appreciate that being offered two strippers was not suitable for your daughter’s 18th birthday party and was not anything like what you had booked or wanted. While every effort is made to secure the chosen entertainer, unforeseen illness can unfortunately impact availability, and replacement options can be very limited at short notice.
We handle around 90–150 bookings each weekend and maintain around a 97% attendance rate, with the main reason for cancellations being illness. In some rural areas, we experience higher cancellation rates due to the limited availability of entertainers, which can make sourcing a like-for-like replacement much more difficult.

I booked weeks in advance a dwarf…
I booked weeks in advance a dwarf stripper/builder at 7pm on 13.6/26 Was informed the stripper would contact us 1 hour before to arrange what we wanted in the act. I received a txt message saying the comp has been trying to contact us, to inform us the stripper had gone off sick, and they had another stripper but it would be at 22.45!!! I immediately tried to contact the company, and guess what automated reply only.
I agreed to the time as I did not want to loose the deposit. 22.45 comes, stripper sitting outside in his flash car informed me I need the money before I go in the house. No attempts to discuss what we wanted to happen. 10 min performance for £240!!!! Last 10 minutes he sat talking to us having drink of water. All the stripper wanted to do was straddle bride to be and act like a 2 second bunny rabbit.
I contacted company, complained and was basically informed I was not getting any money back as it's down to the person who does the act.
Absolutely shocking company to deal with STAY CLEAR AWAY, not interested in what you have to complain off... AVOID AVOID AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

From what you have written, it appears the original entertainer became unavailable due to illness, which unfortunately can happen at short notice. We do handle around 90–150 bookings each weekend with around a 97% attendance rate, and when cancellations happen, we always do our best to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible which could only be at the later time.
Regarding the show, each performance is tailored by the individual entertainer, and while performance styles and timings can vary, we are sorry that the act was not to your satisfaction and did not meet your expectations.

Ordered a Dwarf entertainer for a very…
Ordered a Dwarf entertainer for a very specific reason. Got told on the morning of the booking date that she was no longer available and offered a regular stripper (not what we were after at all).
Tried to comunicate via e-mail to solve the issue, but sensed that it was either take this entertainer or loose the deposit. The lady at customer service didnt seem to really be bothered that they had let us down last minute and was a very poor (and contradiciting) reason why our original entertainer cancelled.
Felt very ripped off and let down by this company and wouldn't trust them again.

SCAM - CANCELLED, NO REFUND, FAKE REVIEWS
Cancelled 2 days before for a generic list of “reasons” as below:
“This is due major disruptions in the area due to the following
- COVID
- Illness
- Acts/entertainers no longer available
- Major Travel issues”
Promised a full refund but 2 weeks on still no reply or refund. The refund details in the cancellation email are dubious to say the least:
“ We will process this within 2-3 days once we receive your bank details.
Why refund via bank? Otherwise refunding via card take a lot longer to reach you.”
All screams scam. Not the first to experience this by the looks of it either.
2 stars on trustpilot yet on their website they link “reviews.io” where conveniently they’re 4.9/5 and there’s absolutely no way of leaving a review on there.
All a complete SCAM.

First, we completely refute that we are a scam. We are handling around 50–150 bookings a week, and as of May 2026, around 95% of bookings go ahead successfully. That said, we are not perfect, and we admit we occasionally get things wrong.
Cancellations are rare, but when they do happen, the most common reasons are illness, major travel disruption, or entertainers no longer being available. In some rural areas, we experience higher cancellation rates due to the limited availability of entertainers, and where we cannot find a suitable replacement, we have to cancel rather than send someone unsuitable.
We also understand your concern around the wording in the cancellation email. It is never our intention for communication to feel unclear or concerning, and we will review how this is worded going forward.
We are sorry that your experience has left you feeling this way, and we would like the opportunity to look into this properly and resolve the matter directly with you.

1000000% a scam booked and cancelled within 24hours, emails go unanswered regarding refund unable to call them don’t be had by them!!!
Let the stag party down, guys out of pocket, I would be surprised if they even have a female dwarf as I called other company’s in the area they didn’t have any to book out as they are unable to get in that area but this company can then cancelled 🤔🤔

Was a great experience as I previously said but every day getting 4 emails a day asking me to leave a trustpilot review and there is no way to unsubscribe I did warn the company if I receive anymore I would leave a bad review so here it is!
