I’ve had repeated disappointing…
I’ve had repeated disappointing experiences at this pharmacy. The staff often seem untrained and unsure, frequently needing to call a senior for help. Even then, the senior pharmacist appears rushed and doesn’t take the time to properly listen or understand the issue.
On one occasion, it took nearly an hour just to process a prescription. This isn’t the first time delays like this have happened—it seems to be a consistent problem.
During my pregnancy last year, I went in with a small but painful issue in my foot. Because of my condition, I couldn’t bend down to deal with it myself. Instead of listening or examining the problem, the staff quickly handed me a cream without proper attention. I felt dismissed and uncared for. Eventually, a friend helped me remove the particle from my foot.
More recently, I went to buy children’s paracetamol. The staff member spent nearly an hour searching on the computer, and I eventually had to leave without getting what I needed.
Overall, I feel that the focus is more on selling products than genuinely listening to and helping patients. These repeated experiences have left me feeling disappointed and overlooked, and I’ve decided not to return.

Good customer service
Good customer service. Whenever I go to pick up my prescription, the staff are welcoming and polite. The shop layout is modern and pleasant and if I have to wait for my prescription to be prepared it's a comfortable wait. I can't fault it. It's seems customer experience is important to them.

You always attempt to deliver to my apartment when I’m at work after being told for years just leave them in the pharmacy and I will collect them. Then when I get there your staff can never find them and I hear 3 excuses including you picked them up last week down to we delivered them weeks ago until they mysteriously turn up behind the shutters.
