From start to finish we have had excellent service.
From start to finish we have had excellent service and support from Evergen Solar. The initial consultation was delivered in a timely manner and without any pressure. Despite the sales person being very new he answered all of our questions and got advice from his boss remotely. I always felt I got accurate information. The price offered was excellent with an interest free payment plan making the switch to solar very affordable. The scaffolders arrived promptly the day before installation and worked quickly despite the awful weather. The following day Evergen sent two teams of engineers to get the large installation of 22 panels up quickly and neatly. Power was off for only 15 minutes so they could connect the new system to the meter. George and Anthony were the last to leave after giving me a run down of the system and helping me install the app. on my phone. As with all trades people, plenty of tea and use of the toilet facilities kept everyone happy. An excellent service. I would highly recommend.

Overall Evergen have been great. Justin took the time to make sure we understood all about solar, the benefits as well as what we were signing up to. The Evergen team were communicative and kept us informed about where we were in the process and the install guys (Andy Taylor and Lewis Breeze) were incredibly polite and tidy and explained everything about the install and ensured I knew what had been installed and how to use the App.

Really irritating company
After looking at solar panel companies online, my wife received a call from this company. After some discussion and questions it was agreed for an engineer (sales person?) to home visit to inspect, asses and provide a cost with promotional discount. In the evening before the visit we received a reminder that we both had to be present for 60 to 80 minutes with previous energy bills. The due time came and went. When my wife messaged to cancel as they were so late it was only then that we learned they weren’t coming anyway as our roof is not suitable for panels! How rude is that? Hence one star.

I paid a £100 deposit for a solar…
I paid a £100 deposit for a solar installation and cancelled within the 14-day cooling-off period, with written confirmation.
Despite this, my deposit has not been returned.
Additionally, scaffolding arranged by the company caused damage to my roof, which I am now having to repair.
I have raised this with the company but have not received a satisfactory response.
I would advise others to ensure they understand their cancellation rights and confirm how subcontractors are managed before proceeding. Very unprofessional.

Recent enquire regarding three objectives associated with the solar panel battery.
Hi, I rang up to enquire on three objectives regarding the solar battery.
1. Upgrading the battery from 3kw to 10kw
2. How to change the timing to allow cheap electricity from the grid, especially when being offered free!
3. Regarding why, during a grid outage experienced, that the storage battery didn't power the home.
On all three objectives Daniel Greenway provided me with a full comprehensive explanation. That has helped me to decide and upgrade and now change battery charging period(s), from the grid :)
Daniel explained how the solar battery would work in when power from the grid is lost. Conclusion, does not warrant the aggregation, but the answer giving was full information as to why.

Had a solar system 2 months ago from Evergen and I can say gladly that was a brilliant decision. Zeshan guided me well and now I am not only saving money from bills but earning income by selling electricity as well. Team Evergen is extremely professional and polite.
