Impressive Product
Have been thinking about an artificial hedge for some time and decided on the Aline Garden Green Wall. Easy ordering and efficient delivery. Fairly easy to put up and secure. Has been used to cover a dull fence. The end result certainly has the WOW factor. Very pleased.

Hi Gillian, Many thanks for taking the time out to review Evergreen. We are thrilled to hear you are so happy with the Ivy you purchased from us. Thanks again for your order with us.
Good value for money!
Firstly their website is easy to navigate and place an order. Secondly I received my order with two days time, and finally I like their products, very realistic and last longer. I have been ordering for the past few years with this company and I predominantly purchase outdoor plants, and I have been very happy so far.

Lovely outdoor plants!
Had a wall planter and every plant I put in it died! Probably because I’m not good at remembering to water them!
Ordered two outdoor plants and a couple of trailing ivy.
Looks amazing!
Delivery was quick and well packaged.
Thank you!

Hi Loraine,
I am so sorry to see your disappointed review. I have looked into this with our customer care team. The CCTV and weights booked in were checked which does confirm all items were dispatched. I am so sorry if you have misunderstood this communication as us being disbelieveing in you. We use APC as a courier and things do happen in transit which means products are sometimes lost, I suspect in your case this is what has happened. To verify this, we do need to take a few details from you to get to the bottom of this and help APC locate your missing item. My colleague Jenny called to discuss this with you but there way no response. If you have 5 mins if you could give Jenny a call back on 01751 417776 that would be greatly appreciated. Rest assured, we will get to the bottom of this for.

I had an amazing customer experience with Evergreen. My order arrived slightly damaged – delivery companies fault not Evergreen's – and they sent a next day replacement within an hour of me emailing the problem. The replacement arrived in perfection condition. Jenny, who helped me, is fab. Great communication and great production. Highly recommend!

Excellent company
Have bought from ED quite regularly over the past year or so and have found them to be consistently very good in terms of quality of products and speed of delivery. Their outdoor plants are very realistic and well made as well as being far superior for UV resistance compared to other retailers. Delivery is very quick and often the next day. Overall, an excellent company and I would certainly recommend them to others.

All our emails are responded to within 48 hrs so I am very shocked to read you never got a reply to several emails. I have just looked into you order and I can see that it was dispatched however there is always a chance that could have been lost in transit if you did not recieve this. Please give us a call on 01751417776 and we will resolve this for you.
