I listed my CA home with Everhome which handled all aspects of a listing realtor in helping market and sell my home, which sold in 28 days at the list price I was asking. I saved thousands of dollars by using their flat fee program! They were very professional and responsive to my needs during the home sale process. I would recommend them to everyone!

Having an agent assist us in the selling process is what we singed up for.
He consistently from our initial interaction gave us the impression that he would get to things whenever is was convenient for him.
I have concrete examples of this and much more. In the end the only way to justify putting up with him in particular was to adopt a mindset you get what you pay for.
The rest of the team including the escrow company were great.

When this process first started there was one communication bump but was quickly corrected and the rest of the process when smoothly. I would recommend Everhome to anyone I know who is looking to sell.

They earned my trust right off the bat and never did my enthusiasm for working with them and the Everhome staff diminish. Selling a property can involve all kinds of challenges, but they always had excellent advice on how to proceed. I’d work with them again if selling another property.

The pandemic has been very hard on everyone and showing a home means something different today than it did yesterday. This is the second time that we've used Everhome. Jeff Atkinson, Heidi Trottno and the staff are top rate. They've provided us with updates and easily explained the process and helped us understand the real estate market. We sold both homes above market value. The first home sold after two weeks and the second one was only listed for two days before we got an offer. I highly recommend going with Everhome!
